  1. It's just par for the Thaivisa poster course, unjustified, uninformed bashing is a requirement.
  2. You're suggesting that, as a result of the travel problems during Covid, he "naïvely and foolishly" chose to do that? What other choice did he have?
  3. Not exactly, the RTP agreed to the requests for postponement from Vorayuth's lawyers...get it right.
  4. The Thai bashers and mockers need to read the OP and the link properly. The article refers to Thailand's not needing the US systems as Thailand can procure it's own. Thailand is not claiming that it will design/manufacture it's own system.
  5. Thank you too, Silence alone will not convict a person Thank you for conceding that, at last, I have argued nothing else but that through this thread.
  6. "I'll withhold further comments because it will lead to a suspension" If I were you I'd withhold any comments until you've managed to read the OP and the link properly. No where has it been reported that Thailand is designing it's own systems, the report said that the systems would be procured...look it up
  7. Thailand's air safety record is many times better than the US's
  8. Where did you get that information? Neither the OP, nor the link, reported that.
  9. Where did it state that the systems would be made by Thailand?
  10. No reference anywhere to the weapons system being "home made"...except from you, of course.
  11. ...well, according to some Thaivisa posters, that's the case. And that does not mean anything.
  12. Thank you, my learned friend. Silence, on it's own, will never convict a defendant.
  13. ...and in 2003 it may have been B2.5k. But, so what?
  14. It's a shame that you can't acknowledge that nowhere in the world does a defendant's exercising his right to silence or to not incriminate himself mean that he could be found guilty based on that right alone, i.e. with no evidence against him.
  15. Expand Law was changed in the nineties It was not changed to mean that without any other evidence using the right to remain silent alone was an admission of guilt that would result in a guilty verdict.
  16. England limits the right to remain silent and moves more to an inquisitorial system of justice . That happened while John Major was the Prime Minister . That is not garbage . The US supreme court has also limited the right to remain silent Using one's right to remain silent is not regarded as an admission of guilt without there being other evidence in UK courts.
  17. That's not true, I've had my damaged BBL debit card replaced a number of times at local branches.
  18. "..took my entire business and personal finance banking needs elsewhere..." Ah, that would explain the jump in BBL's share price that day!
  19. That must be the first time ever. There's no need to, Thaivisa posters will provide all that and more!
