  4. Could be. In my younger days, I was taunted for being undersize and skinny. But this is getting to be like one of those old Burns & Allen routines where George says: Gracie, how's your Uncle in Sheboygan? And Gracie prattles on for the next 5 minutes while George just stands there and smokes his cigar.
  5. That's OK. When I was on twitter for work-type stuff, I used to say that I keep my writings short enough so that people have already finished reading it before they realized that they wished they hadn't read it.
  6. As you said, my swim regime is certainly-better-than-nothing.

  15. The multibillion-baht Toyota tax-bribery probe threatening to rock Thailand’s judiciary October 8, 2022 The trio were identified by Law360, which reported in May 2021 that US authorities were investigating whether Toyota had violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) as they sought proof that the carmaker had bribed top Thai judges. The law prohibits US citizens and entities from bribing foreign government officials to benefit their business interests. ... US experts expect the ongoing FCPA investigation against Toyota to “continue for another year or more” due to multiple factors, including the complexity of the case and the COVID-19 pandemic, Law360 reported in June. https://www.thaipbsworld.com/the-multibillion-baht-toyota-tax-bribery-probe-threatening-to-rock-thailands-judiciary/

  17. This whole thing has come up often enough and I have just decided that, if other people choose to handle their immigration procedures through an agent, that is up-to-them. Personally, although I am not suggesting that it would apply here, as an American there is the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and that is how choose to look at things: U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. FCPA makes it unlawful for a U.S. person or company to offer, pay, or promise to pay money to any foreign official for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business https://www.trade.gov/us-foreign-corrupt-practices-act

He was 75. His brother, Roger, said he died in a hospital from complications of a fall at his home in Mill Valley. So this is from my new home -- stairs after and stairs before:
