  2. Smokin Joe's BBQ 033 122 188 https://maps.app.goo.gl/1tPEne2ies6o6aLJ8
  3. Only in shops. I haven't found a restaurant in Bangkok yet serving alcohol with meals.
  4. You must complete 14 days in sandbox. Either 14 days in Phuket or 7+7 (7 days in Phuket and 7 days in Samui or other sandbox zone). After 14 days in sandbox and 3 negative PCR they will give you certificate of completed sandbox. With that certificate you can fly to Bangkok. I arrived to Bangkok that way 4 days ago. Once in Bangkok you may go anywhere during the day or travelling to Pattaya if you want. Curfew begins at 9 PM.
  5. Lobster promotion at Eurasian Restaurant 065 164 1596 https://maps.app.goo.gl/mbpVEZDS7fr9q4vq9 Lobster about 500 grams per 499 bahts all inclusive (no extra ++).
  6. Nobody knows what's happening next week. Regulations change nearly daily. Sometimes twice a day. Bangkok was opening in October. Now they say in November. Nobody knows when will actually open and which will be regulations then. And nobody will actually know for sure 1 week before.
  7. In Bangkok now no sandbox. Only ASQ hotel quarantine. You must stay in your room 14 days.
  8. 2 jabs don't prevent you to get infected from CoVid-19 and transmitting it. CoVid-19 "vaccine" only protects you from developing decease if you get infected. And not always.
  9. I don't know in October, but I'm flying AirAsia from Phuket to Bangkok tomorrow.
  10. FISH BAR AND RESTAURANT RAWAI 089 873 9967 https://maps.app.goo.gl/19bdS8SHxHqZoqSp6 Seafood restaurant at the seaside. Beautiful views. Fish and seafood at really good prices and high quality. Most guests are Thai. Really good atmosphere, food and service.
  11. On the other hand, cost of taxi to Phuket Town from Patong is 293 bahts using "Hello Phuket" app.
  12. Until yesterday's police raid, Bangla Road's bars were open and serving beer. Last night only one bar remained open. On the other hand, almost all restaurants are serving beer with meals. Swimming pool bar at my hotel is also open and serving alcohol.
  13. Tonight in Bangla Road all bars but one were closed and police post in Beach Road, in front of Bangla Road, was manned. Yesterday this street was alive, with food stalls serving bars customers and girls, street musicians, beggars, lots of tourists walking, flowers sellers, trinkets stalls, exchange offices and even a tourists office selling tickets to the islands. Today everything is closed and nobody in the dark street. When they close bars many businesses also close.
  14. Yes, now you may book SHA+ taxi directly at arriving after finishing swabbing.
  15. Actually I find Pattaya/Jomtien to be cheaper than Bangkok. And indeed better air, next to the beach, more beautiful, many good and cheap restaurants, good malls (even Terminal 21), hospitals, dentists and many things to do. Perhaps Hua Hin can be boring after a couple of weeks and longer bus/train ride to Bangkok and Suvarnabhumi. After travelling most touristic places in Thailand, my bet for best retirement place is Pattaya. And you must realise that many Bangkok residents also choose Pattaya for weekends.
  16. I don't think they dare bothering China that way.
  17. Yes, that's right. You must stay 7 days at each destination and may not go outside your province even for a short trip. For instance, while in Phuket you may not go to day trip to Phi Phi or James Bond Island, because they are in a different province. You can check at embassy website instead of guessing. Have you already checked for a COE? I reckon your are just supposing. I'm in my 10th day sandbox in Phuket. No way to change plan to 7+7 because I got COE for 14 days. No way to go to Phi Phi even for a short trip. No way even for a short trip outside Phuket until I finish sandbox.
  18. It's not painful, just bothering. They make you tickles inside your nose. I recommend you telling them that your nose bleeds easy, so will do it specially slowly and carefully. ????
  19. No. I'm just at the Patong bus stop now. I asked everyone working around the place and all of them confirmed that bus to Phuket is not working now.
  20. Merely open doesn't mean tourists rushing to go to a place where bars are closed, no alcohol in your meals, nothing to do there and curfew at 9 PM.
  21. Alcohol bans enforced in Phuket? ???? After 10 days in Patong I have seen only 1 restaurant so far where they refused selling alcohol with my meals. And, have you been recently in Bangla Road? They don't even pretend that they are not bars, full of bargirls, and serving beer.
