Isan is in the northeast of Thailand. They speak their own language. Food is VERY spicy. Nort of Thailand is Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Nan... They also have their own language and typical food, but different from Isan. Their food is not spicy, or at least not more spicy that in the rest of Thailand. Khao soy is a well known typical meal from the north.

Anyway, I still think that there is a quantum leap from Bordeaux and Rioja and I think that, for only 100-150 baht more, I will keep drinking Rioja Crianza in future.

I was curious about this wine, and I was in the right hour to buy alcohol, so I bought a bottle. I will comment later about it. May be that's the reason because I can not find any good Bordeaux at a razonable price. So I'm really looking forward to try this one. I only buy Bordeaux when I can not find Rioja, but I never found a good one at a good price. I still find Rioja Crianza best value for money.

I rented only 2 months at Centara Avenue. Big 1 bedroom apartments with swimming pool and fitness. And it really was difficult finding a good place for short term renting in Pattaya. Riviera has also good condos in Jomtien and Wongamat, but really small.
