Does this now happen with just the one movie now? have you tried others maybe it's just this one? When you click "Play" does the movie come up indicating which player you are using? Obviously using a player, would be useful to know which one it is. I all else fails install the latest VLCPlayer and make it your default player.

What Movies or TV shows are you watching (2021)

Depends where the lost facility was before it got lost. You should have settings on the video player (VLCPlayer) and also on the TV.

Nice, bet the farm keeps you busy.

I'm a space fan, real or SiFi. Was going to have an Enterprise desktop but settled for the Tardis instead.

Interesting link. Didn't have all that fancy technological stuff in my day

Again I don't understand how the transmission could cause a problem, presumably it was in neutral or park? Bump starting is to get a car rolling then engage a gear to turn the engine to start. This is not possible with an automatic. Any auto electricians out there?
-
I don't get this! By "jumping" another battery onto yours you are just doing the equivalent of adding one bigger battery, never heard of a problem with that. Possibly having the donor car engine running at the time of "Jumping" might affect the electrics of both cars. Perhaps a more experienced auto electrician can jump in on this.

Don't know but you can always blame the cat anyway.

Does you pussy walk all over your keyboard scrambling your work? This program might help:- PawSense - Catproof your computer When cats walk or climb on your keyboard, they can enter random commands and data, damage your files, and even crash your computer. This can happen whether you are near the computer or have suddenly been called away from it. PawSense is a software utility that helps protect your computer from cats. It quickly detects and blocks cat typing, and also helps train your cat to stay off the computer keyboard.

Yes No. Big Ben, which is 160 years, old and therefor before the invention of atomic stuff is just a regular old clockwork clock that has to be regularly wound up. Big Ben actually the nick name of the famous bell not the clock. The whole thing is called the Elizabeth Tower.

In an effort to lighten the general depressing mood and attempt to get some humor back into what has become a mundane site let's play "Show us your Desktop" I know this has been done before but new members have joined and others have upgraded so lets see what's new. To get the ball rolling here's mine:- I like a tidy desktop so instead of a lot of clutter I put most of my programs in the folders you can see. The top left "Odd Stuff" folder has various things like copy's of Lazada orders and various links to sites that may be useful now or in the future. The top right "Temp Folder" has various links and tips picked up regarding workings of Microsoft and the operating system generally. The "Utilities" folder has shortcuts to all my stuff including back-up programs and all antivirus computer various cleaning stuff. The "Reference" folder has shortcut to various reference programs that are on a different drive. "Awaiting Relocation" is for any new or updates for programs ready to move to an external drive. The rest are pretty much self explanatory, so there you have it. Oh! I also have Flip Clock Screensaver. I know Screensavers ain't necessary these days but I like this one and it's the only clock that keeps decent time.

Opps! Solly, change not always for the better Maybe the powers that be this site could take note of that
