Far from convinced the automatic "must kill the animal" because it killed a human is really acceptable......rabid dogs...yes! I see in Italy, vets have refused to assist in killing a bear that killed a hiker.

In our village this morning, middle of nowhere, about 0600........single carriageway, kids, dogs, motorbikes and sidecars all crisscrossing getting their breakfast food.........when a complete see you next Tuesday came through flashing his (her?) lights at 80 to 90 mph.........they just don't give a damn.

if you do hire a driver make it a condition that he cannot use his mobile......seriously. I've hired them in the past and made them stop the car and hand their phone over.

Yes.....just been looking at that option.....also considered plastic/wooden lats on the West facing walls and external shutters on the big picture windows (they were a schoolboy error, should have gone for concertina doors...........too late now).
