No, she's the one, for only a glimpse, if that, at beginning or end of vid. Unless she walks across, as she did in one of latest (Farida). Hates being in vids, almost as much as me.

IQ is simply the ability to learn, and equate to being intelligent. I think many listen to classical, as simply can't deal with the brain dead lyrics of a lot of music. I love the blues, mainly for the instrumental parts of the songs, as if identifying with some of the lyrics, I would have committed suicide a long time ago. Quite enjoy some classical. Was at work one time, w/headphones, and bud asked what I was listing to. Beethoven, Tchaikovsky or Mozart, as my usual 'go tos'' and thought I was joking. He had a listen and was real slow giving the headphones back to me. Took a song or 3. Another mind expanded ... The wife enjoys classical when I'm listening to it, and will even play it when I'm not here. That and good Spanish guitar, salsa music. Get her hips going while doing housework.

What Car would you buy now sub 800k Baht
KhunLA replied to tigerbeer's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
For knocking around town, and short/local out & about, Neta V is hard to beat for 499k I really liked our MG ZS, and that starts @ 689k (4 ICE versions <800k) Though personally, I wouldn't bother with another ICE, and spend the extra 149k baht for the MG ZS EV (949k). Couldn't go back to an ICEV, or a low sitting sedan. Didn't recommend much, as I haven't owned or peeked at. Dolphin looks quite nice, as saw one at a charging station. Same w/Neta V, for the budget minded. -
That certainly puts the IQ of the western world in question .. ... "Macarena" "The remix hit the top of the Billboard Hot 100 in 1996 and remained at the top of the charts for 14 weeks — one of the longest number-one runs in the chart's history. It peaked at number two in the UK, kept off the top spot only by the Spice Girls' “Wannabe”

BYD Èlectric cars will overtake Tesla in 2024

Thanks fellas, for the heads up .... ... I'll be make a full inspection of the next heavy crane I buy -
If I had to pay to watch anything ... I probably wouldn't, since they aren't producing anything of real interest. Just time killers. Use to buy them for 100 .. then down to 50 baht for movies, and few were worth even 50 baht. When I google what is recommended on this thread, there's usual a panel on right, quoting 'streaming' options & prices. Amazed people pay these to watch the crap they are putting out. If not for torrents ... I'd have to find another hobby for my night time hours, since not a bar fly, and not much happens in rural PKK.

Might just be an 'on set' promo photo. Although not noted in the upper right caption. If you open in another tab, then enlarge, easier to see the caption on photo ...

Swiss man accidentally falls from 3rd floor of Pattaya condo while smoking
KhunLA replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Last house built, no hand rail on stairway going up to 2nd floor 'open area'. Builder ask 'you no want railing' and I just answered 'do I look that stupid' Present house, no railing along front porch steps or back veranda steps. Or railing to prevent falling off back veranda. I don't know how people fall over railings. Especially since they are 90cm here/TH. Does seem to be a Brit thing, as I Google, "fall from balcony on holiday", and seem to be dominated by warnings to Brits on holiday. -
With this photo, I'm not really looking at Connery. Now wanting to watch Dr. No ... to see if the camel toe made it pass any of the editing

I've calculated, our battery pack in our BEV will degrade <5% over the 8 year/180k kms warranty period. Actually only calculated it to 160k kms, since we average about 20k kms a year. At present, new, has a conservative (2500 cycle) life span of 900k kms. Don't think the battery pack is going to be an issue with the car's longevity. If I waited 10-15 yrs to buy, pretty sure I'd be dead, and miss out on the extra performance, comfort & savings I'm experiencing now with our BEV.

If you can't afford an EV, you probably shouldn't buy one ... simple. Most TH govt incentives are around the 150k mark. Cost now with start <1M: 499k 771k 869k 949k if that's too much, Celerio starts at 338k, and has a range shy of 700 kms, maybe. Options about ... ENJOY

Already happened to me, locked out of EV, though not because of my non existent social credit score, since I'm incognito on the internet. I just happen to lock the hob in the car, w/dog & AC on. We'll call that 'user error' by some idiot ... oops. Wife, didn't have her hob with her. So had to get a ride to the house to recover hers, which was too easy, since we leave the house unlocked Though I did have to squeeze through one of those taller than wider windows, where the pane opens almost in the middle. Actually easier than using a ladder to go through one of the other unlocked windows. Getting locked out of one's car will be the least of y'all's worries, as getting locked out of your digital financial account will be keeping y'all in compliance. Coming to a 1st world country sooner than you want. TH & CH Rock ... no worries for hopefully a decade. Don't think CH will be putting software in their cars to appease western govts, unless mandated to, and probably have an on/off option, like most of the driver assist options. Goes in line with all the other silliness mentioned about EVs, that doesn't involve TH or CH.

Not really used by tourist though, but by long stay folks, who can't meet the financial or age limitations of marriage or retirement visa. Most long stayers don't spend the kind of money tourist do, staying in hotels & eating out most meals, along with taking tours. Some, wouldn't even contribute much more than the immigrant workers from neighboring countries. Or may spend most of their time at the happy hours in the bars of the adult entertainment sois. If some of the posts here at taken to heart. Not exactly what the folks in charge want.

Yep ... I wouldn't waste my time looking at another non Chinese car. Owned USA built, JP built, JP badge built in USA & TH, and I'm sticking with CH badged whether built in TH, though prefer built in CH. Can't really say I'm surprised the quality & workmanship is that much better from CH badged or built. But after 45 years of mediocre quality, prior to CH cars, think I'll stick with CH here on out.

Apparently you missed the description of the department he heads. It's for the F'ups of intelligence agencies. So headed appropriately by someone who simply doesn't care. Excellent role & portrayal by Oldman IMHO

Yes, if he worded it like that, sounds a bit iffy. Maybe he found something he liked better & cheaper. Whatever, I wouldn't take a loss, as it's all on him. -
Dec 2023 ... Highest day when home, shy of 35kWh 2023 ... Highest month 1,000kWh Calendar year of PEA savings ... ฿34,672 ROI of Solar vs PEA ... <10 years ROI of Solar + w/EV savings .. <5 years Without the EV, we'd be home a lot more, using a lot more solar. IF all things remain the same, cost of electric & petrol, along with driving 20k kms a year. If plan on living 5 or 10 more years, well worth investing in either or both. IF they fit your lifestyle. Or keep giving money to MEA/PEA & PTT

Depends how many months deposit. If you can't rent it out, immediately, or within 1 month, I'd keep 1 month, for compensation, and if still not rented (if you had viable renters wanting, prior to his deposit) keep the rest until rented. Return only what you didn't lose. The fault is his, not yours, so why should you lose money for his stupidity. In the future, you may want to keep the previous inquirer's contact info, for just such an occurrence, as may still be looking & interested. -
I keep an address in USA (brother) as my pension won't deposit to int'l bank account. Broker & pension (DD) has that address, and IRS & Soc Sec has TH address. No conflicting issues. Not enough to get taxed or need to file 1040, so don't care where the 1099s end up. ATM the pension when wanting, and no fees either end to use.
