  1. Hence that new, 'free' Jazz ???? If need to go further than 240 kms at one stretch.
  2. The sun's rate is still the same ... Y'all need to change vendors ????
  3. Ditto to OP, as also got instant refunds when item picked up or dropped off at shipper, and why I usually only use LAZMALL & Flagship vendors.
  4. Thais loving their pick ups. Who ever comes out with a reasonably price one here would do very well.
  5. You could have picked up a MG ZS EV for 400k less, and no depreciation (273k @ 20% depreciation) when you drove off the lot. Almost like getting a new Honda Jazz for free ???? To each their own.
  6. Read your instructions / manual ... settings of car. Amazing what you can learn & control ???? Turned off a few; Hello & Welcome audio announcements when starting Don't know if it will still give a weather report. Turned off BlueTooth, as I don't use the app, although it did tell the wife the window was open. To bad it didn't before it started raining. Only open a wee bit to let heat out, but still dampened things a bit. I cycle through the dash display before driving, so I'll see any low tire warning on my way to the odometer & battery/kms/time meter display. Turned off 'lane assist' (not stability), as that is an audio and steering wheel nudge when drifting out of or near the painted road marking for your lane. Tried to turn off 'Towing mode' as it disables PDC when on, though can't figure out what that is, aside from a parking sensor as Ms Google tells me. Still get proximity warning around the car. So maybe that's a sensor for the other model. Also turned off 'traffic jam assist' as that slows the car down a bit too much, and unexpected at times. Not sure if car will auto stop now in cruise control. Test that later. AC has a high-med-low setting, though I changed to all, and didn't notice any. So left it in High. Tried 'Auto' and didn't car for it. Also the default is 'flow thru' instead of 'recirculate' air, as I smelled smoke the other day before I even got pass driving through it. Adjusted that to recirculate. Already as Air Purifier with the AC. More than a few more, but I just left on default, or turned off if I could, as don't use media, radio and such. Which I turned the sound off. Unlike the ICE, the radio does not auto turn on at start up. But I muted it anyway.
  7. The issue with the UK, it has nothing to offer the rest of the world, and isn't self sufficient, being very dependent on importing so much. Lose lose situation. Not a Brit, but I thought Brexit was the way to go, independence is a beautiful thing, but can be expensive at times. Could save a lot of the annual budget by leaving NATO. Stop being part of the corporate security forces worldwide. Keep selling your death toys, as very profitable, but leave the corporate police force to the idiot Yanks. Wasted so much money on the POS carrier and now F-35s. How's that working out ? NEWS FLASH: nobody wants to invade the UK
  8. BlueScope insulated roofs. Gmap saying there's one 2 hrs east of you, though would think DIY shop (Global, etc) would offer. Excellent stuff, and using on present and previous house. The only one I would use in the future. I think ours is the ColorBond, with thickest insulation (3 versions). Do NOT get the thinnest. https://www.nsbluescope.com/th/our-brands/colorbond-steel/

  10. Our 2 Vios s (2001/2006) had no problems, anywhere in TH Horsepower 107hp @ 6,000rpm Torque 142Nm @ 4,200rpm Same with our Mazda 2 (2012) no problem anywhere, didn't struggle at all on Phuket, at CM, or Khao Yai. Power 100 hp @ 6,000 rpm Torque 133Nm @ 4,000 rpm Doubt if 122Nm would make much of a difference.
  11. Depends how you plan on using and driving it. It's a family car. More than enough engine/torque/hp for around town (30-60kph) or on the highway (90kph) in TH.
  12. I'll be long dead before they stop producing enough to be recycled. Surely 20 years from now, if not already, they are using/recycling panels. Or someone else will be happy to be 'given' them, to use, even in their limited capacity. Batteries, pretty much the same, and 20 yrs from now, may not have good enough capacity to use, and again, 20 yrs further in the tech, they will have found a use for them. But that doesn't answer my question. Keep talking, the rest of us will 'do'. You can be part of the solution, or part of the problem ... UP2U
  13. Not yet ... but it's naïve to think it's not possible. I can only solve my energy problems, now solved. What are you doing about yours ? Talking and complaining won't solve anything, try actually doing something.
  14. There you go, that's the whole problem ... humans breathing ... ... and farting Fart contains; tiny amounts of hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and methane combine with hydrogen sulfide (say: SUHL-fyde) and ammonia. Simple solution to simple problems ... kill 'em all
  15. And yet, I'm 100% reliant our Solar system for all our household & transportation needs... ... go figure ???? DISCLAIMER: Do have a 2 burner gas hob, though surely not needed since having electric; 56L oven toaster oven microwave airfryer coffee grinder coffee machine water kettle Stand mixer water heaters for shower
  16. I'm sure some famous person said ... ... "If you like you're ICE, you can keep you ICE" ???? Or wait till the tech progresses enough to fit your needs and budget. It's all a work in progress. Horse & buggies to automobiles didn't happen overnight either. For me, 3hr straight driving is more than enough for me now of days. Those 8-20 hrs drives, with quick petrol stops are long behind me. Especially with my prostate, my back, the wife & dog ????
