Has Janet Yellen's trip to Beijing improved US-China relations?

But she doesn't ... ???? Seems most posters have missed that point, and only difference, may or may not show, in a chromosome count. A natural oops, may simply have been corrected, from a very early age. But if this forum is a meter of all the closeted 'men' out there, IMHO, and how infatuated with all thing about the penis & ladyboys ... then I guess the judges were spot on. All the non-gays on this forum, sure do talk about the penis & ladyboys a lot ... nuff said

The price war on EVs may harm interests of customers
KhunLA replied to Social Media's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Interesting #s in first half of post ... the 1% & 6% Somehow, in my mine, I'm equating that to the 1% & 5%'ers of the higher income levels of people that control something like 70-80% of finances. Maybe they are just a wee bit smarter with their finances, and how they acquired so much. Using that same savvy business & financial sense, in their transport choices. Always good to be the dumbest person in the room ... ... as long as you are learning. -
Q'ing & reservation is only for the O&A crowd, going more than 125 kms away from home on a constant basis, and few do that. Minimal planning or inconvenience for the savings and performance a BEV provides. As stated repeated ... EVs (BEVs) aren't for everyone. But fit perfectly in our lifestyle & wallet. We're out O&A more than most, and yet to have a problem, or see one in the future, my lifetime any way. To coin a phrase ... "If you like your ICE, you can keep your ICE" ????

Flip side of that, still have 2 vid drones, 5 DIY UAVs, I can put cameras on, but no batteries to power 3 larger ones, along with 10+ UAVs, that are looking good in the cabinet, as rarely fly any of them of late. But need to charge up the way too many batteries every few months, so they don't die. Along with other RCs, that also look good in the cabinet. 3 action cams, that I take out once a while just to charge up, 3 camera bodies, because I hate changing lens, only use 2, actually 1, as phone fills in for the other most times, unless something special to take a snap of, and more lenses than I can count on 1 hand, that I don't use. Note to self: stop collecting things. In the USA, it was firearms, usually only shooting a handful of them. Good thing I'm not rich, I'd probably need a garage to store different types of EVs in. Plenty of carport space being poor. Things that I actually use, aside from 1 camera (birding), kitchen appliances, as they get a work out, except for the bread & ice cream machine ???? Why the house is 1 big eat in kitchen, with a bedroom to the side ????

You’ll never eat seafood sticks again after seeing these pictures
KhunLA replied to ezzra's topic in General Topics
Definitely no shortage. Was on Suk, and did a 360° view, and there was 4, all within about 150m of each other. Probably all doing brisk business. Other side of the coin, during covid, the ones at Ao Nang, Krabi, and surfside Phuket were closed up, as was 90% of shops that targeted the foreign tourist market. Yet my favorite restaurant & street vendors were doing a brisk business. -
Quite the contrary, you really need to watch it, everyone does ... IMHO It's about free energy, and why the world doesn't have it. The obvious control of, and destruction of the rock we live. You'd even understand my postings about it's all a distraction and the 'puppeteers', the deeper state, behind the deep state. Possibly eye opening for many, others, won't be surprised. Don't watch, and remain ignorant ... IMHO As always ... UP2U

Disagree ... ... a lot of it is really tasty ???? -
Might want to watch this, before it disappears forever. The Lost Century and How to Reclaim It; https://www.imdb.com/video/vi4234593305/ Sadly reconfirms, what I already realized.

Which Orphanage to Donate to in BKK - one in need ?
KhunLA replied to skippybangkok's topic in Bangkok
Not an orphanage, but these folks, in Khlong Toei need anything you wish to give. For others, pop into Sunrise Taco, for a bit of TexMex, even has decent food. https://www.facebook.com/BkkCommunityHelp/- 1 reply

You're a joy to be with ... not a fan of Thai or western tourist ???? If anything of interest, there's going to be some tourist there, inclusive. Had to G 'Ban Rak Thai', looks pretty cool.

You didn't miss much, though have to admit, I'm not a cave fan.

Don't need to spend that much, or even possible, locally. I've only stayed surfside at Hadthong (dated) w/good restaurant, 'The View', the View and at Thur GH, basic but comfy, and nice hosts. Thur New place would probably be best now, though haven't been, Zea Zide Hotel Swimmer's beach is Ao Manao, and there are accommodations there. Been upgraded since I stayed there, so probably good. Is on RTAF Wing 5 base, but no issues being so. Weekend has nice night market along the surf, at pier area & N of.

Really no reason to, as not much there, except wife's home tambon (Na Klang) and some family still there. Only reason I've been there, except for passing through during very early visit to Erawan Cave, which is actually in Loei.
