The Palestinians are essentially held captive by Hamas supported by Iran. Iran and Hamas and Israels neighbors want nothing less than the total extermination of Jews. With that ingrained in to their DNA, there is no compromise, no honorable negotiation is possible, annihilation of the Israel is their goal.
