NOT true for BKK bank! I have three accounts with them. One FD for my Retirement extension. My working monthly expenditure account which often drops to less then 100 baht during the month and my standby account, loss of other debit card etc, which on average has 10 baht in it which I add or remove 10 baht every six months just to keep active. No monthly fees on any of the accounts. I will not keep more money than necessary in a Thai bank account.

If an open fronted bar with loads of fans does not suit you I suggest you stay inside airconditioned ones.

It is in the same place with a smaller bar size and higher roof with some Perspex in it which makes it much brighter and roomier than before. There are plenty of fans but obviously they do not keep them all on all the time as it is an open fronted bar. Just ask for the fan nearest you to be switched on!

Get his friend to reinstall the app! In all the years I have had Line I have never had to verify after the first installation on my Desk top and laptop!

If you don't have access to a phone why not find a friend who does not have Line installed and get them to set one up for you there and then do the laptop, verify on the friends phone. then see what happens if you delete the phone app once you have it working!
