It sounds stupid to me. I went in mid december and posted a report with what was actually 'required'. My list of 'requirements' was not from a make believe world that gives you the warm fuzzy feeling that you seem to want. How does that sound...?

Congratulations you have the ability to read ( and understand ) - impressive. So you took a copy of your pink card and yellow book when not required.......is that right ???? ( and a brolly ). btw - the new hotel across from the embassy has a camera set up out the front so that you can start to see the queue forming in the morning and dash accross the road, very handy. Comfy beds too.

No, the thread is blah blah blah "the facts" As i stated KR2 is not a requirement. It's a no brainer coz it's not required along with a lot of other items you mention - yellow book and pink card copies.

Tolls are only about 30 baht, maybe not enough fingers to count with?

The old one is returned with the new one with the corner cut off if you request it. I've always kept my old ones just incase the tax man ever chases me anywhere.

12K about 3 years ago. Includes the £125 fee for a 48 page passport. Saves 2 trips to VFS in BKK so well worth it IMO. Are Key visa still operating after the death of their owner Darren, i don't know?
