    Not talking about retirement extensions I am referring to tourists that want to stay longer than 30 days without the hassle of going to immigration to get an extension

    Before you can get anything from a tourist you have to get them into the country. Right now the barriers are there. Reduce them and the country will get more back.

    Very minor things yes but items such as water pumps etc no, the owner would normally pay for them. Just think what would happen if the electrical wiring all needed replacing. Would you pay for that? I hope not.

    Ridiculous, surely there are actual crimes that need attention not some poor woman getting a few ingredients for a meal. Should charge the land owner with stupidity.

    RJ45 connectors are for communication devices. I would keep them just for that

    The first bit I agree with but relying on the trip circuit when the current is passing through your body I disagree with. If the box is earthed the CB will trip without using yourself as the ground. If you touch something live and you have been sweating a current of as low as 20mA can be fatal.

    Just for me definitely. There again I have as much interest in the bars and drink as I do of walking to Europe.

    If you want tourists scrap the tax, make entrance fees to sites the same as for locals and increase the time you can stay in country without applying for a visa to say 3 months. None of it will happen but don't complain when less tourists than expected arrive.

    All spam calls would be identified if there was a system installed. Of course it would assume that such a system was not only installed but set-up correctly and maintained.

    One time I did see a lady trying to perform the reaction test fail it 10 times in a row but she still received a license

    Agreed it isnt insignificant but it isnt a lot either. Better if you can to leave it in the bank so you have the money for the renewal and it is available if something unexpected happens

    Same here. I pay a visa agent that I have used for years to take care of all paperwork etc attached to the visa.

    I did at our house but I made sure they did provide a proper earth.
