I have people do all that for me. Back to the OP, your location may be the issue. Maybe you're down the east end of Soi Yensabai and the Grab guys are scared of those burly ladymen that menace the locals and visitors alike down that way?

Insurrectionist Dems seek to Keep Trump from Office.
NanLaew replied to Yagoda's topic in Political Soapbox
Meanwhile, over in the foot shooter's camp. MAGA Crisis Could Mean There Is No Trump Inauguration on Jan. 20 With Mike Johnson’s speakership in peril, lawmakers worry the House won’t be able to certify Donald Trump’s re-election victory. "If the election isn’t certified by Jan. 20, the Constitution is clear that Biden’s term has ended, taking him and Vice President Kamala Harris out of the line of presidential succession. The speaker of the House would be next in theory, but since that position would be empty too, it would pass to the Senate president pro tempore, the majority party’s most senior senator. That would be Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa. Speaking of whom, has anyone checked on Grassley lately? The lawmaker turned 91 in September." https://www.thedailybeast.com/maga-crisis-could-mean-there-is-no-trump-inauguration-on-jan-20/ -
The operator of the bus that caught fire has been punished. There's safety videos and escape instructions, as well as special hammers to break windows and stickers on the windows to show where to use these hammers. All buses in Thailand have now been inspected and it's all safe again. Last week, mid afternoon, I saw some overnight double-deckers getting prepared for their night runs. At least a couple still had what appeared to be gas tanks located in the area called the "passenger cabin."

UK & Thai Police Partner to Enhance Custody Conditions in Thailand
NanLaew replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
I also recall earlier this year, Thai Customs started levying 7% VAT on all imported packages valued at 1500 baht and above but based on CIF. I believe that means insurance and shipping charges will also be included in these calculations, not just the declared value of the goods. -
Thai Banks To Face Rigorous Compliance Regulations Starting June

Wasn't my recent experience at Lidl or Asda in Accrington where I was the only one fumbling for cash while everyone else did that 'touch and go' malarkey with their plastic or phones. -
Keir Starmer: Friends Say He Desperately Needs a Break
NanLaew replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Cameron's decision to sit on his hands when Assad gassed and bombed his own people in Syria was predicated on how horribly wrong Blair was to follow Bush Jr's lies and go all-in on Iraq. When Cameron wilted, Obama had to bail on his 'red line' warnings to Assad and without any western resolve on intervention, the Russians stepped in. -

Body scan on international arrival
NanLaew replied to john smith's topic in Suvarnabhumi Airport Forum
Since there's no primary body scan security screening inbound, how can they do secondary screening? Maybe after they get flagged-up at passport control and taken aside? There's security screening for those CIS passengers transiting airside from international to domestic and vice-versa. Maybe that's what is confusing AI? -
No. I am suggesting that you really need to seek out a qualified electrician.

Opening Pandora's dangerous box maybe? This being Thailand, I would also consider that your small CU ground/neutral busbars may be reversed deliberately in order to match incorrectly wired outlets? Just putting on my Thai sparky's cap for a moment (bit tight, but I'll persist): the untrained "electrician's assistant" mistakenly wired all the apartment's outlets reversed. The "chief electrician" spots this but, rather than opening half a dozen (or more) receptacles in each room to correct the errors, he does the quick-fix and reverses the wires inside the CU. Problem solved/created...

CU = Consumer Unit. The box that circuit breakers and other circuit protections are installed in.

If that £68 is the 'declared value' on the document package, then I think that's the issue. I normally ship documents, including important documents, as having no commercial value (NCV). If that's what the lawyer entered on the shipping documents, then they eventually need to foot the bill for clearing the package. Your alternative clearance costing includes, "Fee for amending customs documents: 1,321 baht" which suggests to me that the lawyer incorrectly declared the value. Since UPS don't/won't provide customs clearance, and you don't want to decline the package, the only option is the alternative customs broker. Your lawyer should provide a detailed list of what the documents are, as they may still want to see that in their box-checking exercise. -
As mentioned at least twice already, the colour of the wiring is irrelevant. I only stated what I used for clarity when looking at the picture of my CU. If the CU you picture is in an apartment and, as you now suggest, there's a main CU elsewhere in the building, then any debate about correct implementation of MEN bonding is irrelevant until you know what is in the main CU. You could be correct, but that needs to be confirmed.

The left bar is ALWAYS neutral...it's connected by busbar to the N (left side) of the main breaker/RCBO. All neutral (white) wires connect to that left bar. The L and N of the breaker/RCBO are clearly marked on the breaker/RCBO and the L (right side) feeds the live busbar that the four circuit breakers are connected to. All live wires are black. The top bar is the Ground bar as it is bonded to the CU case. The incoming N is bonded to the ground bar FIRST and then on to the N on the breaker/RCBO.

Yes, the OP's CU is a total shambles, similar to the large CU in my home that was built and wired over fifteen years ago. That's four times the size of the OP's CU (and the one in my shed, above). We did get a qualified sparky in, he said the only safe way to proceed was to do a total rewire of the house as there was no way of telling what was spliced and jointed in the roof space or in conduit. A few of the outlets show that original clown sparky decided that MEN bonding can be done safely (cheaply) at the receptacle...but only some. Most have no ground connected at all.
-
Here's my, similar-sized CU. Maybe something the OP's chosen remedial electrician should aspire to? https://assets.aseannow.com/forum/uploads/monthly_2024_12/IMG_20241225_1128322.thumb.jpg.0a6d81824743a7a9ff89d4d610510c50.jpg

You assume I am a smoker. I gave up a +40/day habit over thirty years ago. I cannot stand the smell of second hand smoke. But I like to take the piss out of those who get all riled up about inconsequential stuff, including the non-smokers who pretend to know what smokers enjoy doing.

Drinking and smoking for breakfast and brunch? Sounds like a brilliantly convivial place to me and very popular too. I hope they cope with repairs and reopen quickly so that the same people can walk past with wrinkled noses (you know who you are).
