Thanks, not a worry at this time. I looked at eSIM.me when shopping for an eSIM compatible phone a couple of years ago. It looks like a good but short-term solution to a gap in the tech market so that older phones can support eSIM tech. I ended up buying a new Nokia that supported eSIM but was disappointed to find only one live eSIM at a time was allowed. Luckily, in a subsequent system upgrade, it now supports multiple eSIMs.

You don't need a third-party keyboard app but if it helps.

Does the Redmi support eSIM? Not necessary at the moment, but wondering about being future proof.

I think any local market android phone can hot-swap the keyboard between the two languages. I recall on a Samsung it was left/right swipe on the spacebar? On my Nokia, it's long press on the spacebar to swap language/keyboard.

The OP should ask the local Thai Consulate or Thai Embassy in London about how his son can relinquish his Thai citizenship. It appears it holds no immediate value or purpose. Then he can focus on the UK residency qualification for British military service. Good luck. The LG inverter that was purchased and installed in one of the bedrooms while I was away is the one that has had most issues. A gecko fried a control board but when it comes to regular cleaning and maintenance, it is the one that 'stops cooling' first and I think it is a bit noisier than the others. Admittedly, it is on the 'hot' side of the house. The 8-year-old non-inverter Hitachi was relocated to a third bedroom and seems to be still working well. However, the Midea inverter I installed in my shed and the one replacing the Hitachi in the master bedroom are easily the quietest and most efficient. These are all on the 'cool' side of the house and yard. I plan on getting four more Midea inverters for the 4-bedroom annex this month. The condenser units will be mounted in the shade so I don't expect issues.
