Well, where I am I have a neighbor that keeps having different women over all the time. He's an older guy and from what I can see does not have much going for him. My guess is that the women are prostitutes. I have not asked them, it's just a feeling I get that he is involved in the utilization of the services of prostitutes.

To my understanding india guys are major dicks if you goto india. I have seen video's where they won't serve foreigners if you order food. The guys will just joke and laugh and make fun of you, especially in streetside situations. So it's interesting that they approach here.

Why would they start refusing sex in the Uk?

A main reason why gamblers keep playing whether they are winning or losing. Or if they win big, they return after a short time. The rush is from the attempt and expectation of winning and has nothing to do with the amount money being gained.

I actually tend to get glasses that are much bigger then a pint in the Usa 🤷🏻‍♂️ If I just get a draft beer, the glass tends to be small.

Just saw a video on dumaguete. It feels over hyped. Old geezers there blogging for income. Video looked like nothing to do, just a beach walkway area that was pretty much the only nice place to stroll. A guy I talked to in Jomtein, just back from the phillippines, also gave it a thumbs down.

Has anyone ever bought a suit from one of those indian tailor shops? How do those places make any money? Even in bkk I don't think too many people wear suits, even in the business district.

Part of what makes something desirable and exciting is lack of it. Sitting in the Usa, Pattaya looks like paradise. Once I got here I don't feel like enjoying it much. Another word for it is "overkill". Too much of something makes it less desirable because there is no challenge involved in obtaining it.

Can't stand a/c gyms since covid. Breathing in all that sickness from other people working out is not for me. Have fun in your cool gym 🤣.

There is no set amount. The cost could be anything depending on what happens to you. Maybe consider another country like Mexico or Equador that admits you into the national healthcare system. You can find what you are looking for in Thailand in other countries if you look hard enough.

It's common for people that are unsatisfied to seek out others to talk about their problems. Typically a box shoe room causes dissatisfaction in most people. A lot of guys in Pattaya are single and live in box shoe rooms. That pretty much leaves other expats hanging around that venue or prostitutes to talk to. You do also get a handful of guys that seem to love cheap places, it's up to you whether you interpret that as genuine or denial. If you goto higher end properties you don't get that nagging as much. People there keep to themselves much more or they tend to be happier staying in their living quarters more.

Because people just want more and more. The more money you give them, the more unsatisfied they become, because the rush of being paid well wears off. The only way to keep them happy is to keep paying more and above what you are currently paying.

Those kind of blackmail payments never work, they just get bigger and bigger. You're just buying time.

Don't rule out the gay card. Jomtein and dongtan beach is actually very gay. That's not far from where you are.

Just wondered why you chose there knowing about the small rooms. I stayed in VT2B a month and was glad to get out.

Which VT are you in and for how long? These types of interactions are there. I think part if it is the bar scene here. Guys are used to sitting at a barstool near other guys and expecting a conversation. I also interpret some if it as gay, but it depends on the guy. It's always at the back of my mind.

Would likely just result in more personal questions, not a forthwright answer.

How would that scam work? They are in a foreign country. Do they force me to buy a watch in a back alley somewhere.

I have never been to India. Hope it's not a gay pickup thing. It happened one time with a man/lady couple late at night near klang and 2nd road. Nobody else around. It looked like they crossed the street to specifically confront me. He asked about mcdonalds or some hogwash. I pointed them to central pattaya. Then he kept asking where I was from after that. 🤷🏻‍♂️

They are not dressed well and look like they just came over from india. Also, no watch case. It happens right on the street, not in a venue.

I don't think they were selling anything. It's tourists.
