No one could discount that as a cause after seeing the picture, although I couldnt tell you what type of warhead would do that. But it looks like a steel plate blown outward in a directed fashion, so it could even be from a bomb attached to a surface. However the explosion undoubtably came from inside. Id like to see more pics. Get my old explosives brain back in gear
