You are correct that the providers are legal, I pointed that also out in my previous post, but the fact that you need a VPN that places you virtually in the US, should be enough evidence that you are not legally entitled to watch those streams in Thailand. Maybe you should look up broadcasting rights

provided you're using the appropriate VPN, means they are NOT available to watch legally in Thailand, regardless you pay a subscription to the copyright holder

You know any other way to watch Sky sports in Thailand?

As far as I know, if you start a 7/11 franchise gross margins are the least of your worries. CP All requires you to pay a certain sum to become a franchisee, and then they set the margins. So they also know exactly what you earn, and if those profits reach a certain level, they will either setup another franchise near you, or build their own, much bigger, company run 7/11

I think the answer is, they don't use their own money. They got a project approved by the bank years ago, and they now have the choice to build or have the approval cancelled. I'm sure the banks built in some securities, so if not x amount of houses are sold by a certain point, the money flow will stop. The developer? Well he goes bankrupt, and starts a new company with new shareholders and CEO, and takes over the failed project for peanuts. Rinse and repeat. I know several of those housing estates that are almost or fully completed, and have very little occupancy, even years after completion.

Maybe take it up with the writer of that article, which wasn't me 4Kopestinsky, A. (2022, September 29). Electric Car Statistics In The US And Abroad. Policy Advice. Retrieved November 24, 2022, from <https://policyadvice.net/insurance/insights/electric-car-statistics/> https://policyadvice.net/insurance/insights/electric-car-statistics/ 1. What percentage of cars are electric? On a global scale, only 1 in 250 cars on the road is electric. Meaning, electric vehicles account for only 2.2% of the global vehicle market share. Meanwhile, in the US, plug-in electric cars account for less than 2% of the vehicle market. Based on these statistics, the transition to electric cars is clear but the speed of adoption remains debatable. Source: Quartz

If you say so https://www.forbes.com/advisor/car-insurance/electric-vehicle/ https://www.kbb.com/car-advice/is-there-any-difference-in-electric-car-insurance/ Most flawed study I ever saw, and of course could only be brought up by a desperate EV fanboy. First of all, cars recalled doesn't mean they caught fire. Who would have thought that there are more ICE fires, because there is only ONE EV for every 250 cars manufactured, and then we don't even take in account all the ICE cars in the running for ages. https://8billiontrees.com/carbon-offsets-credits/cars/how-many-electric-cars-in-the-us/ EVs account for about 2.2% of all vehicles manufactured, meaning that there is only one car for every 250 standard models. Nice attempt at deflection, but no cigar sir. We were talking about lithium ion batteries, the kind that is use in EV's. Those restrictions don't apply to other batteries

Nothing wrong with Lithium batteries, although • Postal services will not allow me to post them internationally. • Airlines will not allow them in my checked luggage. • More than 2.7 Wh isn't even allowed in carry on baggage. • Insurance premiums for EV's are much higher than the same value ICE car • Some buildings start to restrict EV's in their underground garages, same as with LPG vehicles. • A close friend of me is an importer of Ligier compact electric vehicles, and has told me that he has had 3 fires of stationed vehicles so far, thereby destroying almost 40 others parked in the same location. • I have links posted to this before, but of course the EV fanboys ignore them. Nikola, the major manufacturer of electric trucks, has so far produced 209 trucks. FOUR of them have been reported to have caught fire, of which 2 brand-new trucks spontaneous enlightening on factory grounds and destroying other vehicles, and 2 other near headquarters. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikola_Corporation In June 2023, a Nikola truck caught fire at its headquarters due to a coolant leak inside its battery pack. In August 2023, a second truck's battery pack malfunctioned, which led the company to announce a recall of all the battery-electric semitrucks it had made to that point (209 in total). The recall, however, did not impact Nikola's more recently released semitrucks powered by a hydrogen fuel cell. It also suspended sales of its battery-electric trucks until a repair would become available.[66] On September 4, 2023 a third truck caught fire at Arizona Lithium in Tempe, Arizona,[67] and on September 8, a fourth truck fire occurred near Nikola's headquarters in Phoenix.[68]
