Can't see why you say that, 1 million is the IT for a 4 million income (approximately), which concerns a population of 5% to 10% of the expats here (probably the least vocal group, for good reasons), so thousands or tens of thousands potentially. This will never work with Putin, who is having a laugh when facing weak and disjointed adversaries such as the EU and US. What is needed right now is a a 2% or 3% war sales tax across the EU. I'd second that. For localised PCA the "Regret rate" for those who have chosen surgery or radiotherapy is twice as high as for those who elect active surveillance. The gain in life expectancy of prostatectomy patients is about 3 months. I am now in the 7th year of active surveillance.

When it comes to policies I can pick my preferences from either side. But when I see a bunch of idiots and a madman, who dreams of a eugenist colony on Mars, leading a superpower I am worried.
