  1. Bingo! In the maga movement, the cruelty is the point
  2. He has a concept of a plan on how to do this. Nobody is against deporting criminals and orderly deportations at reasonable levels in general. But this mass deportation idea is for the birds. It would devastate key sectors of the economy, grocery and restaurant prices would skyrocket, and it would tear apart millions of citizen families abandoning children as well. There will be violent resistance. For what? Fascism theater? Those who know history will recall Project Wetback. Yes racism. It's not as if they're going to target undocumented Swedes.
  3. It's hilarious to me that anyone in their right mind actually thinks there's any chance at all that Trump will help the average Joe! He's about the billionaires. Also even if he did help the average Joe, do you think trashing democracy for at least a generation is really worth that? My top issue by far in the age of Trump is democracy vs autocracy.
  4. I doubt there will ever be a 74th U.S. president but good for you looking so far ahead.
  5. Good thing as you're not a U.S. citizen.
  6. If my posts are too boring and disturbing for you, may I kindly suggest that you put me on IGNORE. Otherwise, stop the flames. I'm not the topic.
  7. You suggested Tucker, so enjoy!
  8. I can't take seriously any suggestion to listen to Tucker Carlson! I did watch his "interview" with Putin and his cameos in Moscow. What a total moron! I am well acquainted with how Trumpists think. You act like you're telling something new to me. Do you imagine I would be persuaded by their idiocy? Also you think I only look at left wing sources. So you haven't noticed that my primary influence on matters Trump is from conservative never Trumper types, now mostly ex republican. The Trump thing isn't about left vs. right. He is NOT a conservative. It's about pro democracy vs. pro autocracy. Americans idiotically for idiotic reasons just voted themselves to much more severely damage an already very weakened democracy. They won. I can never affirm them.
  9. This is interesting about Estonia, but overall even though it's more difficult. the D7 visa for Portugal would probably be much better and still possible for most in the retirement category. Estonia, too cold, and I would be worried about Russia. In my case, I could qualify for Portugal, but would prefer Spain if I moved to Europe, but I don't qualify for that. More expats are moving to France which can actually be affordable in the provinces, though I'm not up on the requirements. For people with distant Italian relatives to be mined for residency, Italy is also popular.
  10. I see about half the people in the poll here (the actual topic) think Trump will make it through the term. He might of course. I think his health is obviously poor but he is already delegating almost all the work save the Dictator King pomp and circumstance fun part to his crew of sycophants and corrupt anti democracy oligarchs. Also of course Vance (of Trump could be America's HItler fame) will be a workhorse for the cause. It's documented that he doesn't actually like the work of the presidency and that will become much more pronounced this time.
  11. If calling Trump a fascist is good enough for General Kelly, it's good enough for me. So it follows that the personality cult political movement centered around basically worship of Trump, MAGA, can fairly be called maga fascists. But I acknowledge it might be better to switch to authoritarian or autocratic for the sake of not over triggering the Magadonians. I'll consider it. They could still argue that the maga movement is not autocratic, but that would be a very stupid position to try to defend.
  12. Pot kettle black bless your heart.
  13. Again, of course I accept he will be president. Unlike the insurrectionist maga fascists who bought into Trump's BIG LIE that he had won the last election and he still hasn't backed off from that! But accepting that the vile magadonian movement won and indeed WON VERY BIGLY putting a sociopath into much more power now than he had before, does not (reflecting the video I posted before) mean any obligation whatsoever to AFFIRM the goodness of that choice. It was a horrible choice. Countries make mistakes and they eventually pay for them.
  14. I'm accurately describing a political movement. Since the tragic victory of maga which I accept happened democratically I'm hearing constant orders that dissent against maga must now shut up as if winning makes it right. That's outrageous. There will be a resistance to maga fascism whether magadonians like it or not. These are very dark times.
  15. No. Disagreements on opinions fine of course Constant personal attacks suggesting its not OK anymore to express anti maga fascist opinions just because he won is outrageous and worthy of ignoring.
  16. Better idea. Letting you go.
  17. Trump is deteriorating rapidly both physically and mentally. Many informed observers have suggested he has dementia and/or is a stroke victim. He's clearly unfit to be president of a condo board, much less the American presidency. Many believe, as I do, that dodging prison was the major motivation of his running at all. To the eternal shame of America, he is now president elect, and America is now the laughing stock of most of the world, while at the same time his unpredictably in someone so powerful is rationally feared. So the poll question here is will he make it through the term, and if not, how will he exit?
  18. Whatever that person is or isn't why the perverted obsession with demonization?
  19. To be clear Trump is NOT a conservative. http://youtube.com/post/UgkxE9xEqQ0OGfa_mZFv_7YEmIN0ZT9ZWZLg?si=CSaD8p-61FiK34qM
  20. What's scary is that Americans elected this sleazeball now that they know exactly what he is.
  21. Pass the vomit bags.
