There is a good chance of an incarceraration sentence but yes because of who he is most likeky home incarceration would be offered. Of course if he wins this is all moot.

No! The sentencing has nothing to do with appeals! The convictions all stand. The judge decided to delay the sentencing to avoid it being seen as influencing the election. I suggest that you educate yourself on the basics of the US justice system before spreading more disinformation.
