  1. No but obviously better than Biden. It's not "fair" that Biden is in this position but when it comes to preventing a fascist takeover of the U.S. -- forget fair.
  2. Name recognition is overrated. Democrats need a fresh start and as Carville says: HOPE. Harris is not that. The only advantage that Harris has over Biden is that she's younger. Who can replace Biden? Democrats have good options to beat Trump (usatoday.com) If the switch is to Harris, Shapiro is a higher probability pick for her VP. She won't pick Whitmer because that's two women.
  3. Get real folks. If there is a change it will need to be before the democratic party convention in which Biden could simply withdraw from seeking the nomination. After that before the election, the only way will be for him to resign from the presidency or die in which case Harris becomes president and also the incumbent. In my view, the best chance to win (Michells has zero interest) is to go with Governor Whitmer who would likely sweep the Midwest and also Pennsylvania.
  4. Disagree but your uninformed POV would be shared by the majority of jurors so there was no point even trying to pursue hate crime charges.
  5. Not convinced the murderer is actually gay. Being on Grindr proves nothing. The majority of men attracted to trans females identify as straight. I reckon the prosecutor decided that this was a case where hate crime charges wouldn't be successfully held up by a jury and I agree with that decision. However based on the info in the press maybe the cops know more there is no proof the perp is gay.
  6. Retirement visa schemes all over the world classify it as a government pension as opposed to.a private one.. You're just playing a practically irrelevant semantics game.
  7. She isn't running. Period. End of story. Next ... .
  8. Conversion therapy is an entirely different thing than gender transition.
  9. No. Biden promised he'd pick a black VP to the prominent South Carolina politician who rescued his failing nomination campaign in 16.
  10. That's a viral spam site. Do not click! How do you know the murderer is gay?
  11. Actually other types of income can be used for the income method and many people using the bank method have pensions.
  12. Well I do agree it's quite a dumb form.
  13. Well that's wrong because there is definitely no rule that all money needs to come from pensions!
  14. Well if this is about taxes, I would take it more seriously.
  15. The laws being mostly passed are ANTI LGBTQ.
  16. I call B.S. The trouble you're worried about is in your fever dream paranoid imagination. I can see in certain workplace settings that you might legitimately be expected to not misgender a trans person once you have been informed of the situation. Simply out of RESPECT for a coworker. Too much to ask of transphobic people? Maybe but it shouldn't be. But there is no flippin' way that a rare person who is changing their gender ID regularly is ever going to get institutional support ANYWHERE for expecting people to know what today's gender is. You are making problems up that simply DO NOT EXIST. You are demagoguing this, inspiring intolerance and hatred, OVER NOTHING.
  17. TMI. You lost me at lass.
  18. It's not really hearsay. I think the form is being used there now. The question is if this is a rogue office thing or something that will be done nationally.
