    I think this price point is where the best value is, amongst all the ranges. Its so low that you aren’t going to be too fussy but, like you say, modern compared with the view talays etc and ok facilities and sometimes a great looking pool. In the 20k-30k you get a bit fussy and i'm thinking: where's the big tv and decent furniture. I can see this rental group converting to buyers (to get back on topic).

    I guess you have to change your number every year. Too much drama to save 1000 baht a year for me.

    Many places to park savings! But to buy something that has zero value beyond what a greater fool will pay for it is absurd. Unless you believe in a never ending supply of fools. At least that would be logical!

    Blackrock know that usa is filled with many fools who will part with their money. They still get their annual management fees if it goes up, down or sidewards. They don't care. But they don't want their competition getting in first.

    Can't get excited by those amounts i'm afraid. A decent day in my funds will make that - but never a need to sell. Whilst crypto still has no obvious use - besides for illegal stuff, it feels like its running on greater fool theory. And wow does the last month really demonstrate that!

    We call it an integrated fridge ..."integrated appliances" Fridges should have a minimum perimeter for airflow, but when you are restricting the ventilation it shortens their lifespan. Happens to a lot in my condo - from speaking with others. Integrated microwaves are also a rip off price to replace. Just how it is.

    If you understood the difference between a platform and a bank then you would realise why deposit protection isn't an issue. You only know the label, not the how or the why. As mentioned, problem hunting, where there isn't one 🙄

    Thought it was a universal term... Plastic window frames, as opposed to metal. Usually thick frames, maybe 10cm and white colour.

    A google search tells you. Also tells you why they don't have FSCS like uk bank accounts. Why not explain the pro's and con's ...if you understand the differences. Implying its either good or bad is showing little understanding.

    I think 300 is normal daily rate around pattaya for a 50k bike. I rented a honda grom for 400 last week.
