I applied to upgrade my 5 year 600k elite in august last year. A few weeks back i got my application letter accepted, which said i had 30 days to pay the extra 400k. They take 6 months to do their bit and want my money in 30 days. Cheeky i thought. I can just move to >50 retirement visa, so i'm in no rush to decide. 3.5 years left on the elite. Good way to get rid of some cash i don't need, but still.

Why not just use any investment platform that you already have? This is for noobs who've never invested before and just see 4.67% Its not slightly, the fund costs 0.1% and wise takes 0.46%

Not rain. I would guess the balcony drain pipe from the floor above is not sealed properly. Or does an aircon pipe run along there? ....can't see the unit position though.

They don't offer interest bearing deposit accounts though, only their fixed interest funds through blackrock(?) ...which are overpriced anyway.

How much will it cost? Expectation of back-payments? Which department gets less because state pension needs more? - i forget exactly to whom NI payments are distributed. No point with hopes & dreams if its crazy expensive.

That general rule of marriage has stopped. Financial co-dependence now. E of W and asset/legacy preservation trust can be used together. You can't put a pension in a will?? ...they are written under a master trust already, which means your estate does not own the assets. -
