  1. So the construction company was Chinese. The steel company was Chinese based in Thailand. When people gonna realize that nothing good comes from the Chinese. Next, my posts will be removed again because I am overly negative on China.
  2. The Industry Ministry sent 28 steel pieces from the wreckage to the Iron and Steel Institute of Thailand for inspection, categorised into seven samples: 32mm, 25mm, 20mm, 16mm, and 12mm deformed steel bars, wire ropes, and steel bars.
  3. Yes there were this weekend, and that is what the OP is about. But since other previous weekends always have been fine, and it is now clear that I was not the only one with the delay this weekend, it is now obvious the issue was at Wise end
  4. I would think railways use a lot of steel
  5. Oh you mean that other conspiracy theorist. https://www.mcgill.ca/oss/article/covid-19-pseudoscience/psychiatrist-who-calmly-denies-reality The Psychiatrist Who Calmly Denies Reality Dr. Andrew Kaufman made the rounds in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic by claiming the virus did not exist. Now, he leads anti-maskers in public demonstrations and tells hundreds of thousands of YouTube users that everything they know about medicine is wrong. It is alarming to find a popular medical doctor on the Internet who claims that appendicitis—a common inflammation of the appendix which can lead to sepsis and death—is no big deal. According to him, it’s simply constipation, which can be relieved by enema. He says it so calmly, though, that you may be inclined to believe him.
  6. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/analysts-cantor-formerly-headed-lutnick-232933910.html Analysts at Cantor, formerly headed by Lutnick, call for Kennedy's dismissal (Reuters) - Analysts at Cantor Fitzgerald, formerly headed by the Trump administration's Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, called for the dismissal of Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Kennedy, a well-known vaccine skeptic, last week announced plans to reshape the federal public health agencies, a move that could involve firing thousands of workers. Cantor analysts Josh Schimmer and Eric Schmidt said in a note on Monday that Kennedy was "undermining the trusted leadership of health care in this country. HHS cannot be led by an anti-vax, conspiracy theorist with inadequate training."
  7. I can't answer your question, but I wonder who is heavily invested in One Bangkok, since it seems that lately they get a lot of government contracts
  8. The loopholes are clearly explained in the articles I quoted and linked to, so do you have reading issues?
  9. Exactly the point of my reply, but BTC went down during the same period, so clearly no hedge
  10. And all that doesn't apply to Germany of course? The US BANNED oil imports in 2022 by executive order, but they use their own loopholes, as they don't buy directly from Russia, but through third party, so your claims don't hold any ground. And now your hero gonna add tariffs on Russian oil, which of course doesn't apply to his own imports, only to those of others
  11. Sure you can enlighten all of us why the US import Russian oil, and why that is fine with you, while Germany should not be allowed
  12. how about the US? https://www.hindustantimes.com/world-news/us-news/us-resumes-russian-oil-imports-defies-sanctions-101705030907684.html Controversy brews as the US resumes Russian oil imports amid sanctions. According to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA), the US imported 36,800 barrels of Russian oil in October and 9,900 barrels in November, worth $2.7 million and $749,500, respectively. The imports were made possible by specific licenses granted by the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), which oversees the enforcement of sanctions. The EIA data also revealed that the US paid a premium for the Russian oil, as one barrel cost $74 in October and $76 in November, well above the “price cap” of $60 per barrel set by the US and its allies in 2022. https://www.newsweek.com/russia-oil-us-sanctions-imports-ukraine-war-2038626 Nayara Energy, a refiner backed by Rosneft, exported 124 million euros ($135 million) of oil refined from Russian crude to the U.S.—a clear majority of its total of $192 million in exports to the U.S.—from its Vadinar refinery in India between January 2024 to the end of January 2025.
  13. My bank is Kasikorn, which is partner bank of Wise, and the tracking showed Wise received the money from the senders minutes after they sent it, so no bank issues there end either
  14. Just got some more evidence of the crooks that list on Shopee. As you can see from my previous post, the product I was interested in could be had for 810 baht after discounts on Sunday, but the seller has an announcement in the listing that from April 1 till 5 there will be an EXTRA 20% discount. ONLY those 5 days. So I waited till April 1, and now the price AFTER discounts and including shipping is 967 baht.
  15. I'm curious how someone can have millions of views with only a few thousand subscribers.
  16. If it isn't mentioned in the maga cult prospectus, you obviously have never heard about it
  17. Weekend transfers have never been an issue, even midnight during weekends would arrive in seconds. Neither of the transfers was initiated from a Muslim country or Muslim bank either
  18. And your point is? My Wise normally also come through in seconds, today they are not. One of the senders was also not able to use debit or credit card, and had to make the payment by bank transfer. Both payments the tracking shows Wise received the money yesterday
  19. I was due to receive 2 small payment through Wise, and although they were initiated yesterday, the tracking said they would be in my account by 9.30am today. At 10am this morning that message had disappeared from the tracking, and it was now said 12.00pm Since there was still no payment i checked again, and both trackings now show. We're a bit delayed — here are some possible reasons: It's taking us longer to convert your money Our banking partner might be experiencing downtime Time to look for another company I assume, as there are too many similar reports recently.
