MDMA wasn't entirely banished, it just became more niche and difficult to obtain while cocaine was available, delivered, with a simple text message. Cocaine was and remains a staple of Thailand's nightlife. It is everywhere. DMT is a more specialized high and it can be synthesized from any number of common Thai plants. it is generally a homegrown drug like mushrooms, DMT is an experience rather than a party drug . The high is brief, internalized, and does not linger, but does incapacitate the user for a few minutes. There are places, especially on the islands that offer dmt, but you wont see it in the clubs or at parties. its a hippy thing.
