I've heard that proper Brunei citizens can fly virtually free on Royal Brunei Airlines. Not a bad perk for all citizens.
Healthcare is virtually free in Brunei and if the care they need is not available they are sent overseas (wiki)

Which one can use with a chart like below to gauge the charge-holding condition of the battery. Agreed it won't tell the starting performance but will give advanced warning of deterioration. Will also indicate the charging voltage output of the alternator.
