  6. The same scenerio has been going on for decades, from the post war factories in Japan to South Korea, Taiwan to Indonesia, the Philipines and Thailand etc. They have all had their turn as the Tiger and faced the same criticism over "low quality goods". And now its Chinas turn but still to this day there are those that still dont get the fact that "low quality goods" is exactly what people want! Otherwise the whole thing wouldnt be happening again and again would it?

  10. A friend of my mum was stationed in Japan as part of the occupying forces after the dropping. Even though I was only a child of about 8 to 10 years old he showed me this great wad of photos taken during the aftermath of the bombs. Some showing the destruction to buildings/infrastructure etc while many showed the destruction to human life. Seems there was quite a lucrative business going on among some of the US forces there selling these "memorabilia" packs. Likewise it left a lasting impression with me, as well as being completely dumbfounded how anybody with any moral compass could even dream of using, or even threaten to use, such a weapon again.
  11. Police and army seem to attract the same fruitcakes. Unable to manage on their own, needing someone to tell them what to do, wear, eat, etc but then take their lack of any self esteem out on others.
  12. 99.41%!! Wow, I wonder how much that cost? Or are they saying the city is only 99.41% corrupt?
  13. Thailand seems to have loads of successful shady businesses, why would they need Chinas help?

  17. ZeroZeroZero was excellent thank you.
  18. Isnt that what Saraburi means "place of dust mak mak!" coz the whole place seems really dusty all over to me.
  19. My BIL tried it on me, joking I think but never sure, I just replied that soup from aThai fighting chicken still tastes the same whether 30 or 1000 baht per kilo so 30 would be all he gets.
  20. Nice tatts. Leaving her face for some future project I wonder?
  21. With the inclusion of the Vietnam War its got to be the joke line of the century surely? Is this the group responsible for converting the "we got our arses kicked again" to a "withdrawal with honour" like we saw with Vietnam?
  22. Add a set of standing stocks to the picture and you have my vote!
  23. I watched it and thought it was pretty accurate although it looks like somebody swept first?
  24. I guess the prized cocks must taste better? Its the same around here, whenever a dog or a car kills somebody's cock its a prize fighter worth 1000's and never the mangey barnyard cock out for a scratch?
