    The last time I phoned, there was a please hold the line message.. I send emails telling them I have sent the certificate, with it attached, they never reply to that, but I keep it on record, just in case..... Think they quote up to 10 days to reply...

    I don't know how long you have lived here, but over my years I now know that road behaviour and driving is on the whole, abysmal. If you have Facebook, have a look at "reels", you will see some incredibly daft live Thai driving stuff.
