    Yes he did. But this article is about Hunter sueing someone else. Not him being convicted for his multitude of crimes/debuchery. Not really. Just means he spent it all. Crack cocaine, guns, prostitutes etc. can get quite expensive and crackheads aren't best known for their financial planning/responsibility. It is only necessary for ethnic minorities. In other words, all other things being equal it is necessary for a 40 year old black man but not necessary for a 40 year old white man.
