In my case they took a half a pack of milk(thirsty, loving milk?), almost empty pack of tobacco (new package was right under it !), my wallet with papers of car/motor, bank pass. Someone later returned it, as they threw it away. Only my winning lottery tickets they took out, not that much and could even claim at insurance, 555. All the rest was still in, but already had blocked bank pass. Was feeling happy with the return, otherwise had to replace car and motor papers. I think, maybe my alarm clock going off, warned, interrupted them, as I had silver old coins in cabinet and they didnt take/found it. Only those things mentioned before, also as you stated bizar. You told me about your doors and windows and they look a bit rubbish, 555. So you can gain safety on those, to make them proper closed and locked. With PIR (passive infra red detectors) , you can have guarding on those items, connected to a light and/or alarm. Or have stand alone devices, as shown. Not expensive, but there are more expensive ones. Another detector is a "microwave" detector. A simple device not so expensive, is a magnet controlled switch. Mostly used for windows, but you can put them also on doors. PIR + alarm on batteries. This one is with infra red light, not expensive. As it says with microwaves. different technology then IR This one contains 2 pieces. The small part is a magnet, which triggers a switch in the other, electronic part. Instantly with an alarm and working on batteries. First and third are not that expensive. But you can make it as expensive as you want. Third is real easy and cheap. If magnet is too far away from electronics, then instant alarm. You have to fit it right and keep in mind to change the battery once in a while. Probably in Thailand use with common batteries. AAA or AA or 9 volt block.

How far it goes, a moderator is moderating you, as on HIS own thinking of what you write, think. He doesnt like it , so off it goes, leaving you flabbergasted. Maybe he is making a list, or it it is done automatic and you are in more moderation then ever before. It doesnt happen that much with me, but it has happened. Then just a little joking, is not appreciated and moderated. AI check in moderation, also such a thing and probably is happening now also with AN, like George said. Yahoo news also have and very quick you get messages like "cant place not according rules" You are thinking wtf, i do need those words to make comment and then you have to send to moderator ((person, I guess) and will decide and on HIS way of thinking, it is ok or not.

You can consider, see what are the most vulnerable places to get in your house. Good doors, windows with locks on it, having bars? Then electronics, the several detecting sensors. You already have cam, is it giving alarm on detection or just cams? Once had uninvited people in the house, some later I invested in PVC doors , windows which have a 5 point lock. 3 on to be opened side and 2 points on hing side. It is a weird experience, when you wake up, going down to go to work and see things and you think "was I sleep walking last night? What did I do?" Amazingly, they didnt took much. But it took me about 4 months to sleep well again. You never know what they have in mind. I was asleep and they were in.

Hit and run got me, I'm all broken!
xtrnuno41 replied to BritManToo's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
Hey BMT, good to hear you have positive thoughts. I would have thought broken ribs would be a real pita, but you are not complaining about them. Thats good !? But ok going forward and even able to walk around the house again, a good thing. It will take a while until you can run the marathon, 555, but hang in! Tiger balsem wouldnt help ? Or for that matter the famous "yellow oil" from Thailand? Heats up muscle and give better blood flow in muscle, therefor healing. However dont touch certain parts of your body otherwise you will be screaming after using it. -

You forget to see the range of income I specified and then single. I havent seen officers driving a Mercedes 300SL or likewise. Maybe BK?, but i hate to go there. And as i said , do wallet mostly by car owing.

The NPT/API standard is and still used for many years in oil/ chemical industrie and all tapered connections are with ptfe tape. No matter it is air, gas or liquid. No matter it is 1 bar or 100 bars. And again parallel thread needs NO ptfe, but do need a gasket. NPT closure on threads, G or BPSP or any other straight on gaskets ! If you are clowning with 10 winds of ptfe tape, you dont know what you are doing. Joints that move is not the right way of having connections, I hope it is not on your gas bottle. If this was a clickbait, well you got me.

Thailand 25-50 kbaht/month, NO not rich. Officers in that range of income (about 50 kbaht) , are expected to pay some bills for government of their own money ! They are already robbed, as rarely they get paid overtime. They work for free for government ! They forget all those people also take care of whole family, mom , dad and others. That is already one point. Saving account of 500 kbaht? It could have taken years, a lifetime to get there finally! Also ridiculous rule. A government, who is not taking care of their people in corona time and i read about farangs, feeding the Thai ! While Thai rice exports just continue, making money for government.🤢 I think, exclude people with 2 cars or more, also people with just new bought car in a specific buying range. Or/and depending on bought houses. Then you have a more fair picture of rich.

Well there it is, indeed, amazing !, straight thread in wall out and the valve is tapered. Then put on a lot of tape and keep on turning till it could shut off. Luckily for you it did and maybe it could do the job for many more years, but it is not the way. Also lucky they didnt ruin the thread and you can still fit in a straight one. I see wall out has no space for gasket inside, so gasket must be on top of wall out, in between with the straight connector I showed with picture before. That would be the right combination. I showed it with rubber ring as gasket, but there are also ones with more common stiff gaskets.(several like a glassfiber gasket) Maybe even metal, like a soft copper ring, the one you use in oil plug types. Take care of the surface of both holding the gasket, otherwise you could have leakage. Rubber could eliminate the tiny imperfections on surfaces. But not really to squeeze it hard, then you could damage (you squash it) the gasket and you have to start over with a new ring(gasket). You have to find the straight connector, as shown, and then think how to go on. Wisely all straight, as you have straight connectors. Only valve is NPT, change that one then. That would be logical then, otherwise you should have all kinds of adapters to fit it right in. You have straight in wall, so make all straight in the rest of plumbing. Straight with gaskets is the "new" method. Many years ago in industrie, the method was introduced. A crime as you have to watch out was used, it could be straight or tapered. Especial new installations were in straight. And i have met mixings in my work, as simple reason no straight present, so use tapered. So now it is also in household. Like I, said amazing to see straight in wall out, but then sadly next tapered. Probably as they couldnt find straight thread valve, or ordered wrong. Or wall out was ordered wrong. But ok, straight out , so all straight with gaskets ! Every connection needs a gasket.

Nr 1 would say it is a 1/2 "NPT , so tapered, to make a bend on 1/2" screwed pipe and the go out again to 1/2 "NPT. nr 2 is a tricky one, i see male is straight(?), but female could be NPT to screw direct on NPT screwed pipe. so in that case the bend is also an adapter. You go from NPT to straight (?)on which you should put on your flex hose. flex hoses are with straight connection and a gasket. nr 3 I would say that male is definitely straight, but then more luxurious. With (female) NPT screw to screwed pipe(wall) You dont read anything about what thread it is, sadly. MF only stands for Male- Fmale nr 1 nr 2 MPT-FPT would stand for male female again p for pipe and T should be tapered, however I see male and that one could be straight. It is difficult to see. According to (right description?) description MPT (male pipe tapered)it should be tapered. Again nothing mentioned. Im doubting about male thread or the pic with that text, they could have made an error. It looks similar to the chrome one, but then rough finish. You send pic of wall mounting and the out fitting is FEMALE and what fits in female? MALE. So at least you have to find a connector/adapter with MALE to screw in your wall out. Your valve in the wall will also have a male connection. SO no clue what you want with nr 2 and 3, for another place then wall out? Or you think the wall out is still straight and you screw the straight in wall out and continu with NPT (maybe straight) to connect valve? But then you have wrong connector as there is no flange to put a gasket in between. Then there should be inside the wall out a space to place a gasket. Or you tape the straight thread? What is in your mind?

Cannibis Pills/Liquid for Pain Relief

Drop a big stone on your foot and you will forget about back pain! -
Pic is too blurry to make anything of it. Tried sharpening it, but nope. I can see some of PP-R , but numbers not possible. I think you have to take off the wall valve and see what is there. If you want a swimming pool then dont put off the main valve of the water, otherwise first switch off main valve water. IF you want to mix, ok with me, I dont have water damage maybe later on, 555 straight in tapered maybe one turn. Hardly a seal. Tapered in straight maybe 3 turns. But then you get situation of putting on 10 rounds of teflon, Both not my cup of tea. If I see your connectors, they all look (!) like straight ones, only the valve is wrong then, replace that one with straight threads. Left overs from your other project? 555 BUT on straight threads you need gaskets and has to fit in somehow to make closure!
-
It is a 1/2 inch pipe connection with a straight 20mm metric thread. It could be, the S2.5 will be the pitch. But it is blurry on what 20 mm, what pitch. G pitch? BPSP pitch, however that would in Inches? It ends with a flange on which you should put the gasket and use a connector also with flange to hold the gasket and close the connection, like this. You have to screw it in, all. You never use tapered in straight or vv. If you need to change, you use adapters. You also use the right thread to make it, so not use, like for instance 1/4 NPT(National Pipe Tapered) on 1/4 BPST (British Standard Pipe Tapered) or vv. It could fit, but not right. NPT has 60 degree angle on pitch, BPST 55 degree pitch. IF you mix them up and fitten all , thread can be damaged. Mostly in Thailand you see from wall NPT, so that is tapered thread. I doubt if the connector picture is in your wall. With tapered you use teflon for seal off. Just 2/3 winding enough. Some stupid liquid seal off is harder to get off and you will now when you have to replace. in my working time we got instruments with venting plug, but we changed those ones to other plugs, a crime to get it loose. Straight thread doenst have teflon as locking,as it is by gasket. Of course you put fitting in, but not with immense forces. Just put it in by hand to stop and then maybe 1-2 turns. Dont put too much stress on plastic pipe, glue connection of pipe.

And then some stumpin' blues of Steve I could go on, as Jools Holland channel has lots of known and unknown guests, also combined. An amazing show from BBC2 OK to end rockabilly thing. -
Sorry to upset you and making you grumpy with environmental issues. This will be my last respond. I just gave you a bit of solution, up to you. How many panels you need, I cant say. It is depending on how much power you use. I would recommend seeing Bandersnatch's eco page, then you have an impression, I think. He has 10 panels of 535 pW and 32 panels of 350pW. For the bigger panels the size is different 2384×1096×35 mm (93.86×43.15×1.38 inches). Include a datasheet of a panel: https://loopsolar.com/datasheet/trina-solar/datasheet-trina-solar-mono-crystalline-110-cell-535Wp-540Wp-545Wp-550Wp-555Wp-with-backsheet.pdf Dont know what are the outbuildings and how big, m2. Make them high enough to prevent shade of house (1 story, 2 story house?) and also put solar panels on them with inverters in building?!. @Bandersnatch compliments of showing all. Nice he is showing temperature difference between painted and non painted wall. All the effort of isolating. Sadly also some panels are in shade of house and doing less at times. Succes MK

SO you cant do anything with the septic tank/soakaway area? Make a garage/inverter/ batteries room/? On top of that building then your solar panels? With a stair up for acces for cleaning panels? 5x 10 mtr? Panels on a (construction) slope of 15 degrees or so? panels are 1754 x 1096 centimeter Slope not too high, because of making shades. Panel cant create shade for other panel behind it. Slope so rainwater can go off and take dirt with it. Car(s) on north side? 4 panels in a row and then +/-10 meters to the back, also maybe 4/5 rows, is 16/20 panels of 400pW.

An airco is cooling one room and the heat is going out to outdoor unit. You dont do a thing with that heat (it is waste), so you could reuse it. Yes, if you have enough solar panels, you can keep your electric heated solar heater of 1.4 kW and forget about the challenge to make foot print smaller. Your 1.4 kW heater, when it starts, needs already 4 panels of 400 pW cables and inverter and then the sun really needs to shine. But your airco(s) is(are) producing heat and you do take part of heating earth with it. The hot air is blown in the wind. And not only your airco is doing that, there are billions of them. So is it environmental thought or just free "easy" power? The solar heater I showed is purely based on heat of sun, so no electric power. Even Bandersnatch has put such a device to his installation. If you heat up with sun, no solar panels, no inverters, no cables, so footprint smaller. Maybe even cost you less. It is about how far you want to go. The challenge. Yes , maybe you also need to change those tubes in it, it also has a lifespan. We used light (wire)bulbs once, majority of power was in heat and so wasted. LED lights made it different, though they are still producing wasted heat. Your car, motor bike all produces wasted heat. It is like that. Even if you cook wrong, you waste heat, energy. Btw your bigger motorbike could be more efficient then your smaller one. Mileage to consumption rate. Bigger bikes have mostly some more comfort. My last bike was a Suzuki bking, however didnt mind mileage, was my fun. My car is now 20 years old with only 73000 km on it. Life changed and not much driving, mostly went to work on bike. Was better then standing in traffic and "healthier", it is a real crime in my place. My car is doing ok, so why replace it? Im already almost not using it, but she has a house for herself. My Thai wife has Vios, 20 years old, almost 300000 km on counter. However starts to cough now, but still running. Solar panels also have a lifespan of 20 years or so, they say. In time efficiency will go down, also depending on quality and you need to replace them. Try to find some graphs of them. Efficiency to time, temperature, temperature factor(loss of efficiency) As mostly there is only heat from sun which will effect lifetime. But maybe good?, as they may have developed better ones in time(they still improve). Now they are making window glass included with solar energy, or very flexible panels with almost no weight. However you could end up, building your installation again. As new and old ones will of course not be inter changeable. That is business. You can use an electric car for battery, 2 hits in one blow. You can drive with own generated power and feed back to your system. However those cars arent that cheap. Also red not long ago, a Scotsman had to replace his batteries of his Tesla of 8 years old. Costing him 20000 $. Seems Tesla to have problems with water getting in battery compartment and destroying all. They are investigating. But 20000$ to change ! I wonder what it costs with other cars, otherwise you buy "throw away" cars. You will buy an electric car of 5 years old? Yha, maybe for 1000$ , not more. Climate change and changing to other systems is also just business and nothing more. We destroy our home and after all it is just about the money. PET bottles can be reused, in "my" country we do have a factory doing that. However the bottles cost some more, dont know how much, then a new made bottle from chemicals. So if you need 1 million (per 3 months?) bottles and difference is just 1 cent, what you think (soda, water)manufacturers will choose? You save 10000 $ as manufacturer on each million bottles. So easy sum, take new bottles. Otherwise you cut chemical producer in fingers. So where to go? Environment or money? For now system is all about money. Only YOU can think different and do so for your self and maybe activate others. In "my" country, we already have a lot of solar panels, really increased due to war. Sometimes they CANT give back to grid, it will be blocked, probably something inverter is doing. There must be a communication possible in inverters to shut them down in delivery. And now even the time has come, power suppliers want you to PAY for delivering to grid ! They cant sell the power they bought, so then you have to pay for delivering to grid. Nice hey. In fact now is showed, you MUST invest in batteries. Next problem, people with no solar will have to pay more for their unit, as otherwise selling company goes down in profit. Real battle for providers, but the people with no solar will pay more. Till those also decide to go for panels, a must then. Then power companies get in trouble, as their machines are made for special working point and it is not tolerated to go up or down much. Gas-, steam turbines, spinning high speed. They have to get smaller. And then we have nucleair fusion and all can go to scrapyard. Government is now also busy with making H2 from windmill power. As in north of country they were making too much electricity!! ?? Of course first for companies relying on natural gas. Then probably way later for the rest, maybe. With the coming of H2, also more cars will be driving on H2. First now fuel cell and maybe later combustion again. Or still combustion, as they can make fuel from CO2 and H2, circulating then. However proces will take quite some energy. Making oil, petrol from asfalt is a proces on 200 bar and high temps. Also adding H2 to asphalt atoms. Must have been worthwhile to do, to increase profit. I still dont understand why Sahara isnt in a project. Well maybe it is, but I dont know. We want to keep diversity and animals. How is Africa effected on climate change? Otherwise also that is going down and wild life preserving was all fake. Of course, what about the people? With the technolygy we have, we can make fresh water, power, H2 over there ! OK, I stop, already too long and just keep on thinking and writing.
