IF you take soil away under the concrete path for the water pipe, you never get support back for the pavement. In time maybe you could have a crack in your pavement. Concrete is reinforced? I do agree with you, we humans are and can be very destructive. But if you see history, it mostly start with just one person and then followers are added. Yup, had the same in 7/11, Phuket, 2016. Too less money back from bigger note. It was some crowded at register, but I paid attention, as red once about this trick and happend to me then!
