  1. Wow. So everyone who doesn’t like Trump is not ‘average people’? Democrats and independents who vote Democrat are not ‘average people’? I’m quite sure most rich people support Trump. Do you know why? Because he promised to cut their taxes. Why would the rich support the Democrats? That doesn’t make any sense.
  2. Anyone want to bet he’s going to do a 180 on this once he gets elected? His word means absolutely nothing, zero, zilch, bupkiss.
  3. I wonder how the usual suspects here are going to spin this. Can’t have anyone diss their mighty and infallible leader, now can they?
  4. Many Republicans claimed Biden was hiding in his basement and completely invisible before the 2020 election. Yet he managed to beat Trump by more than 7 million votes. Kamala is very visibly out there, definitely not locked in a basement. Trump must be scared out of his mind.
  5. Ah, some good old-fashioned Thai bashing. Taking a break from Democrat/liberals bashing?
  6. They should be tarred and feathered and chased from the House with pitch forks.
  7. You must be a real Europe expert, calling it socialist. So 14 years of Tory rule in the UK made it socialist? 16 years of Angela Merkel, who is a christian-democrat, made Germany socialist?
  8. Says the guy who started this thread by calling people who support Palestinians “pro-terrorist demonstrators”. No double standard there at all, is there?
  9. The much more important question should be if Trump and MAGA will accept a defeat on November 5, or if they will stage another coup/insurrection like on Jan. 6, 2021?
  10. Gee, that’s not a suggestive and highly biased title at all, is it? “Pro terrorist demonstrators” Just because someone supports the Palestinians doesn’t mean they support Hamas or terrorism. And just because someone is critical of Israel doesn’t automatically mean they’re antisemitic. The world isn’t black and white, you know, although you seem to think it is.
  11. The Shinawatras (billionaire family) are much more like the Trumps (self-proclaimed billionaire family).
  12. Vows dedication…… to her father, and to enhancing their family fortune. The interests of the country and the Thai people probably didn’t even crack the top 10.
  13. “Thailand aims to make its mark as a global finance hub” I’m sure it already is, in certain circles. I would bet my last dollar that Thailand is a haven for criminals who want to launder their dirty money. And where does all the money go that is made through corruption in Thailand? We’re talking billions and billions here. Dollars, not baht.
  14. Trump’s handle on maths and numbers seems to be sketchy at best: http://youtube.com/post/UgkxRjJ5z-bDGSJ92_k1p_vexNQie7HiGqL9?si=M2ejNPDyeCl8HtBg
  15. What about all those right-wing billionaires? You don’t think they’re shelling out tons of money to sway the media? Just so they can hang on to their precious billions and add even more money to their kitty because Donald promised them a big tax cut.
  16. I’m guessing this is not just about crowd size….
  17. Ethics. Not a word that most politicians in Thailand (or the Constitutional Court, for that matter) should use. Or even know the meaning of.
  18. Do you not see the irony of what you post? How you can write drivel like that and support someone like Trump, the greatest liar of all time, is beyond me. Every accusation is a confession.
  19. “worshipping Dem nominee” As opposed to the Trump Worship Syndrome that MAGA cult members suffers from? Reminds me a little bit of the movie ‘the life of Brian’, where his followers see everything that Brian says and does as a sign, and they try to mimic him in every way possible. The shoe scene is quite funny, and it was more or less re-enacted by all those MAGA airheads who started wearing ear bandages, just like their lord and savior. You have to be afflicted with a particular kind of ridiculous devotedness to do that and still feel that you’re a normally functioning human being.
  20. So much hate (completely unfounded, by the way) is very bad for your health. You do know that, don’t you? It’s going to eat you up inside, if you’re not careful.
  21. Of course it is. Although I doubt very much if your reaction had been the same had they put Trump in the top five. Then it probably would have been a brilliant piece of academic work.
  22. of course it’s a big deal. When Trump and the GOP get their way, there will be a nationwide ban on abortion. As it is, some states are making it illegal to help a pregnant woman get across the border to another state to get an abortion. Besides, being pregnant and having to get an abortion is stressful enough for these women as it is without having to travel hundreds of miles to another state.
