  1. https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/trumps-conviction-intensifies-calls-retribution-term/story?id=110927011 https://www.voanews.com/a/trump-s-vows-of-revenge-against-his-opponents-gain-volume-/7650528.html Just look at his ‘project 2025’. Just watch and listen to any of his recent speeches. He’s dying to go after everyone who so much as looked at him funny. Donald Trump is a thin-skinned crybaby who likes to act the tough guy and dish it out, but when someone says something mean in return, either real or perceived, he can’t deal with it and throws a hissy fit. And that’s the guy you want to be the next president.
  2. Wow, clever word play, really impressive! But you do know this says a lot more about you than the people you’re trying insult, right?
  3. Justice can be a b!tch, right? Especially for someone like Bannon, who, like his idol Trump, seems to think he’s above the law. Lock him up!
  4. Especially since Trump’s most important reason to become president again, which he has made abundantly clear, is revenge and retribution. That, and staying out of jail.
  5. And you have even less. Hence the empty insults.
  6. Sure, blame Biden again. Can you spell bipartisan? https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-senate-unveils-118-billion-bipartisan-bill-tighten-border-security-aid-2024-02-04/
  7. Here’s just one tiny example of the far-right’s lunacy. There are many (many!) more to be found if you spend just two minutes on Google. https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-supporters-try-doxx-jurors-222705589.html?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAHSMOAA66qy5QnirOxLZTlyI-YNW5AFzdCVYAE36O5kDnrX3kqKelI4rZKpnV5ymAf5nkduVi0ZEfFqbXjXxJgng-qD21wucVW5-rJ5dHGBw4YSxqie_Ne9q6kVjyFafTmJ4-dJ4dXEg5ibQFD2gh2_gKR9k9-dw8-MyhkwIqRmG
  8. In his defense, MAGA-world and reality are two vastly different universes. And never the twain shall meet….
  9. There may still be hope. Now let’s hope these people show a little backbone and won’t vote for Trump come November 5 after all. People like Bill Barr and other prominent Republicans set a very bad example in that respect: railing against Trump, calling him a threat to democracy, and then finally admitting they’re going to vote for him after all. Cowards.
  10. So you’re going with Elon Musk. Is that the same Elon Musk who posts crazy conspiracy theories on X, like this one about Paul Pelosi, and antisemitic stuff as well? FYI: not everyone in SF is gay, about 1 in 5 people. And maybe you can post a link that verifies they were both in their underpants when the cops arrived? Otherwise it’s just hearsay, or rumors. And rumors are almost always just that, rumors. Facts are facts. Maybe you should learn to distinguish between the two.
  11. Like you don’t keep repeating your undying love and support for Trump over and over again? There’s every reason to hate Trump. Any sane person would see that he stands for everything that is evil and is a threat to democracy not only in the USA, but in the whole world.
  12. So the guy who supports a wannabe dictator and claims the people who wanted to stage a coup in Germany were completely harmless thinks the death of Western democracy is inevitable. Wow, what a shocker. You’d probably be the first to dance on its grave, wouldn’t you?
  13. So have they arrested only the foreigners involved in this ‘network’, or also the (countless) Thai officials who had to have been aiding and abetting them? Or have the latter just been transferred to inactive posts?
  14. Republicans - or at least the MAGA crowd - would nominate Beelzebub himself. Maybe they already have with Trump.
  15. I’m actually quite surprised, because I was pretty sure there would be at least one or two doubters (or Trumpers) on the jury, resulting in a hung jury. That they came to this guilty verdict unanimously speaks volumes. And like other posters here, I would like to express my worries about the safety and well-being of the jurors, seeing as how crazy and violent MAGA cult members can (and probably will) become about this guilty verdict.
  16. Yeah, only black men stink when they sweat, right? You should have smelled the locker room of my all-white soccer team after a game….
  17. The questions remains what he would have done had Pelosi been home.
  18. You don’t see the hypocrisy? I mean, you support a guy who makes EVERYTHING about himself, and says the most outrageous, inappropriate, ridiculous and intentionally hurtful things. Not to mention his constant whining and begging for attention (and money). And then you accuse Biden of making everything about himself and saying something inappropriate? Wow. By the way, that botched Afghanistan withdrawal was 95% on Trump.
  19. Can I suggest one lifestyle change: get out of politics and let people who actually know what they’re doing do the job? Pretty please?
  20. Says the guy who always provides links, and never makes stuff up.
  21. Alina Hanna is not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. Wasn’t she the one who forgot to check the ‘jury trial’ box in the Trump fraud case? And then for months Trump whined that he was denied a jury trial? And his MAGA base ate that up and was outraged? As several Trump loving members on this forum have already demonstrated, MAGA cult members won’t accept any guilty verdict anyway, so to them it doesn’t matter in the slightest if the jury was or wasn’t sequestered: if Trump is found guilty, they will reject that verdict. Period. Full stop.
  22. I usually don’t have a lot of sympathy for libertarians, but in this case I will gladly make an exception: wel done, libertarians! Trump probably thinks these are people who work in libraries….
  23. It will be rigged by the liberal media, or by George Soros, or by some commie/socialist/radical left conspiracy. Because there’s no way on god’s green earth that Trump can go down in the polls otherwise, or, heaven forbid (gasp!), lose the election.
  24. Maybe you should ask all the people he stiffed.
