I have been doing a combination of one each exercise form the sets for a while and I only stopped for a month when it was so hot. Because I stopped I can feel the need to start again as I feel a lot weaker and less energetic now. They exercises can be done at home, no special equipment is required and you can stop and start the exercises and work as long or as short a time as you wish. I know that they worked for me as I had 2 blackouts last year and after the second on it used to take me almost an hour to get up, get undressed for a shower, have a shower, get dried and dressed again. Some of the exercises can be modified and done even lying down on the bed. I am 80 years old.

Silly me. There was I thinking that the appointed by the military coup government under a constitution written expressly for that purpose purpose, and rammed through parliament, were the ones who stopped Pita forming the government. I am 80 and I have arthritis for many years especially in my left knee. At the moment I am taking Tramadol 50 mg plus paracetamol (both recommended by the state hospital doctor in Kamphaeng Phet) and issued from the hospital. Yesterday I asked if CBD oil would help. He did not know, and sent me to the cannabis clinic at the hospital, they in turn sent me to the orthopedic clinic back more or less where I started. She gave me a steroid injection and a course of Tolpersone tablets to take 3 times a day. My knee feels a bit better today. Normally I spray the knee cap with Elmetacin which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent and I also wear an elastic knee bandage, which helps me walk a bit more although I use a walking stick when I am out.

NO military coup government is better than a government freely elected by the Thai people. Strangely Thaksin was freely elected, was the ONLY PM to complete his 4 year term, and was re-elected with an overall majority. Can you say that about ANY military government?

Both of them are far too old to be running for the job of POTUS. IMHO given that there is a 2 term limit of 4 years each, the incoming POTUS should be limited in age of 51 at the start of the job. ALL the senators and representatives should be no older than 59 at the end of their current term. That would ensure a clear out of all the old codgers and seat warmers and allow a fresh generation of politicians to climb the greasy pole of politics. It should also be applied to all countries worldwide with NO exceptions.

You are almost correct. It is amazing how 6 months rest, care, attention and perhaps exercise will aid recovery, and NO, recovery is not instantaneous or miraculous but hard work, especially as you get older.

Nothing wrong in talking to dead people. I talk to my parents quite often. and a couple of good friends here in Thailand who have died in the past 2 years. As for falling over, that is simply a balance problem that comes to a lot of people when they get older, some medication, treatment and exercise can help.

I feel and have great empathy for the injured people, especially the little girl. In January this year I let the frying pan fall off the 2 burner cooker and I still have the scars from that on my right lower leg, and it wasn't even boiling fat either. My mates wife , who was a cook in a Thai restaurant in Germany did a similar thing with boiling oil in a wok across both lower legs and spent 4 days in hospital. She was lucky that a colleague dumped bowls of cold water over her legs to cool them down. That was about 5 years ago and she will always have the scars but she managed to cover most of them with tattoos so that it doesn't look so bad now. Whilst I don't completely agree with Woof999, IMHO the perp should be put in a bath of cold oil and let it boil up around her.
