If you want an explanation, check out the gender of most teachers now. No male role models in schools anymore. In NZ a man would have to be barking to teach in a school with girls and even teaching boys is likely to lead to false accusations. -

I just checked my form, and no mention of age. I think they are just happy to get any bodies at all. I'd rather that my money goes to charity than to people eating and drinking at my expense.

I wasn't referring to a specific state, just to anywhere in a hurricane zone. My advice stands even for those not in a hurricane zone. The unexpected is just that. In my case it's likely to be an earthquake.

I had considered that, and indeed in some cases it's going to be a complete loss, But I'll hazard a guess and the 6 feet of water is going to go away and if the house is still there, the supplies will be too. The possibility of complete loss does not excuse doing nothing beforehand though.

I had plenty of friends in my life, but on the other side of the planet now. I don't expect them to turn up. I used to be in my young days, but I'm a bit old for doing the limbo these days. I'm quite happy to live my life such as it is on my own. Some of us are capable of surviving without having other people around to keep them entertained.

I've donated my body to the university to save the cremation costs. Unfortunately they have to be in the next room waiting for the body to be of any use, so I might have to be cremated anyway. No service and if any want a cake and a cuppa they can bring their own. I don't care about a funeral as I'll be dead.

I'm not rich enough to have any friends hang around while I die so I don't change my will on them. No kids, thank the deity, and extended family on the other side of the planet.

Make sure you don't get constipated then. Straining can cause death if have a weak heart. I had a patient would have died on the bog, had I not found him in time to resuscitate.

What I don't understand is how anyone like that could post photos of themselves and expect a positive response. I assume she's American, though she could be from any western country these sad days, but is that actually attractive to some in any western country? Are men that desperate? Asking for a friend. -

Perhaps they refer to the apparent loss of the better side of western culture to greed, military dominance, cultism, celebrity worship, lack of morality, and dog eat dog business practice. Western culture used to include being polite and considerate of others. That's all gone in a tide of thuggery, intolerance, hatred and ignorance.
