Agree about that. I sometimes get quoted with a reply that has nothing to do with the quoted words. Also the ones assuming they know what I'm thinking.

If you can't book, can't afford a taxi or van, and have to travel, go early and be prepared to wait. As long as they will sell you a ticket, you will have a seat eventually. PS, the train takes a long time to get to Bkk, but if that's not a problem try the train if can't get a bus ticket.

If anyone is playing music so loudly it annoys other people, then they are antisocial- that's obvious. No one has a right to upset other people. By all means play it as loud as you like if it doesn't annoy others.

Seems to be a trend now, making sequels of movies that were big hits. Probably because the original movies being made now are in many cases rubbish, and IMO they think the memory will get people to pay for tickets. Gotta pay for the lifestyle! Might not have worked for Avatar sequel, which some critics are panning. Doubt I'll see it.

I'd say a lot of people don't plan to see it either. The bit I saw of it was a short, as an introduction to one of those interview pieces on tv, the usual fawning by woke interviewer type of thing, and it was so nauseating that I couldn't watch it. I can assure you that she was no Gal Gadot.

Depends on the condition treated as to whether those NI contributions covered the cost of the treatment. I know the excellent diagnostics alone that I had ( bone scan, MRI, CT etc ) cost far more than any amount of NI I paid. Including the op, probably hundred of thousands of quid. Also the extras like months of full pay while off work post op.

I used to work in a London hospital doing outpatient operations first decade of the century. While it was known that people that were not even British ( had children living in the UK ) would fly in and get a GP to refer them for NHS treatment, we were forbidden to ask them if they were actually entitled to be operated on. I did hear that that was stopped, and a good thing if it was.
