Beat me to it. Any lingering respect I had for harry has now been consigned to rubbish bin. He knows that William won't defend himself in public, but resorted to being a slime anyway. I hope he is informed that he will no longer be welcome in England. First time I saw bridges being burned quite so effectively. I suspect harry will now be regarded as a wimpy lap dog and ridiculed. Given the alternative, I'm not even remotely surprised that so many reject entirely the Democrat vision. When the Democrats stop with the leftist agenda they might gain converts from the right of center voters. IMO they look at California, and say "no <deleted> way I'm voting for that <deleted>".

I don't know, but I suspect it's because they are replacing humans with machines. How else could they provide the same service with so many less people otherwise? I also suspect it's a taste of things to come for many labour intensive companies.

I left the country I loved and wanted to live rest of my life in because I knew I couldn't afford health insurance. I didn't expect others to assist me in a catastrophic event. I could continue, but perhaps I should leave it at that.

IMO anyone kept alive only because of the machines is suffering, unless sedated. Not having worked in a Thai hospital I can't speak on specifics, but don't expect qualified nurses to be hand holding and soothing brows etc. My wife had to sleep under her mother's bed to take care of her. I had an op in a private hospital in Thailand and the only time I saw a qualified nurse was escorting a Dr or giving out the drugs. Personal cares were given by aides.

If the Greenland ice cap melts it would affect sea level, likewise in Antarctica. I understand most of the ice lost from Antarctica is floating ice shelves, so makes no difference to sea level. not leaving any offspring behind me. I have done my share! Likewise. I did the best thing anyone can do to save human's environment by not making more people.

Political inventions such as division of assets, alimony etc were brought in with good intentions in a different world, where wives were abandoned with nothing and ex wives faced likelihood of never remarrying a supporter husband. Leaving aside the "climate change" thing, humans are exterminating many species because we are too many and invading their territory, discarding plastic in the oceans etc. Reducing the world's human population would do far more for the planet than driving electric cars.

Floating sea ice makes no difference when it melts, so Arctic melt makes no difference. Greenland and the Antarctic are the land masses with most ice on and to my knowledge not melting significantly. Glacier ice that was floating around the Antarctic will not raise sea level when it melts. Only if the ice cap itself melts would that happen.

For all we know he could have been havin' a laff. BTW far as I know, intentions alone are not a crime. One has to do something to be guilty.

I doubt his mother ever dressed him. From what I gather of his childhood he was raised by servants, which was pretty normal for the upper classes back then. As for the photo, at his age I'm not surprised, but his valet ( or anyone else around that let it happen ) deserves a good slap for letting him go out like that.

I have a harder opinion, but probably too extreme to post it, and your post comes close to it. Basically everyone dies eventually. Perhaps being a nurse has made me more realistic than most on here. Comes a time for everyone that friends and relations have to accept that it's time to say goodbye to them.
