Exactly. If I look at reviews I look at several, many. If there is one bad review and 10 good ones then that tells me what I want to know. Why did the owner get so upset over one negative review that she made time and effort to track down where the customer lives and then go and challenge them? Why does the owner blame losing customers (as she claims) on one review? Any proof of that?

I know that Thais are less interested in anything that doesn't directly concern them, but as a Westerner I have been brought up to be interested in other people, especially close relatives and their lives. Which is why you not knowing what your sister does surprises me. Why not ask her - you might learn something and it's good to share her life and what she has to go through. She might even appreciate your interest in what she does.

You still appear to think I support Trump and condemn Biden. I don't know why or how you've got that impression. I think Trump should and might still go on trial for treason. I see little that Biden might have done wrong as it pales in comparison to the endless list of crimes that Trump has alleged to have committed. What is deeply worrying is that so many millions of Americans believe that Trump is the best person in America to lead the country. It amounts to mass insanity, and I don't know how that has come about. Rather than making America Great Again, he and his supporters have diminished its reputation throughout the world. Yet so many believe passionately that he and they have not. Fortunately, there are many who can and will reign in those who have so seriously tarnished the nation. That doesn't rid the country of them though, so the future of the US is bleak.

You misunderstand. Trump supporters are constantly asking about why Biden isn't being pursued in the same way as Trump is. There is no connection between their cases. Is that enough of an explanation for you?
