  1. I think it was quite entertaining, until it became the Harrisfan/Fredwiggy show.
  2. I feel sure that Dr Rapee will not thank you for sending this man to see her.
  3. I read it exactly the same as you did, but I had an online chat with Wise and got this reply: Based on current information, any GBP you receive in your Wise account after May 19th, 2026 is expected to remain as GBP until you decide to convert it. Wise is not planning to automatically convert incoming GBP to THB at this time. If there are any changes to this, you would be notified directly. You should have control over when to convert your GBP balance to another currency. This seems to conflict with the information in the OP. So, I will have to wait and see what happens after May 19th.
  4. Yes, I'm happy with the conversion rate and fees with Wise but I want to choose the timing of the conversion. As I stated above, it seems that Wise will not be automatically converting my GBP when received .... no plans at this time they say .... so I will wait and see.
  5. You forgot the top brass motorcade stopping all the traffic for his visit to his mia noi.
  6. My UK bank accounts were closed by Barclays a few years ago.
  7. Too late for me to do this. I don't have anything to prove I've changed my residence back to the UK. I asked Wise about this a few years ago and was warned that they could close my account if suspected of fraud. Anyway, I just finished a chat with Wise and got this reply, which seems to go against the above changes, but might be good news. 8. I don't see anything in the new conditions that refers to Thai nationals, just Thai accounts - which mine is. All my income is from UK pensions paid directly into Wise. I reside in Thailand and do not have any other residence - different to permanent residence
  9. I am a Thai resident. I opened my Wise account after living here for several years without a UK address. Wise will no longer be of any benefit to me. I may as well get my pensions paid directly to my Thai bank.
  10. The way I'm reading this is that my UK pensions (paid into my Th Wise account) will be converted to THB at whatever is the rate at that moment. So, I won't have the choice of holding onto my GBP for a better rate. And, if I want to send money from Wise to my UK family, I will need to convert it back to GBP first (2 sets of fees). Sucks!
  11. Concrete ring tanks are fairly common, particularly in countryside areas I believe.
  12. Cameroni has published an enormous amount of information about this woman - enough for several members to identify her by name and discover her various activities. Personally, I think this latest revelation of sex tapes is just a ploy to keep the thread going.
