A proper little "mod" trans.........LOL

I,ve had one for two months and I use it mainly for long highway trips from Pattaya down to our house in Trang.....first return trip came out at 18.5 kms/litre......next trip 17.9 down and return last week 19.2 kms/litre on mainly E20 fuel (I have used 95 with out any noticeable difference) car has now 5400 kms on the clock and I drive conservatively doing 100 kms/hour where road conditions allow....whether fuel consumption improves as the engine gets fully run in I do not know......while down in Trang we did a short round trip 54 kms and I purposely drove around 60/70 kms/hour and returned 20.2 kms/litre.

Sit inside near the stage....it will freeze your rocks off

Mayfairs on Soi Bukhaow.....cheap beers (60/70 baht but one get one half price before 8pm) airconditioned inside and live band from 8pm onwards.....situated between LK Metro and soi Honey ????

The actual building of Diana Estates is set back from the entrance... opposite the raised walkway at the front of TreeTown and probably more than 100 metres..but yes not far enough to cut out much noise....peace may come in the future as rumour has it that the whole bar area will be flattened and a huge Base type condo complex will be put in place of it....????

The whole area around TreeTown is commercial....no houses whatsoever the nearest res idential property is as jacko states is Diana Estates which has many long term expats and that is over 100 metres away.

Try living over the darkside...Tree Town a residential area?.... nonsense.
