Seeking Advice on Exempt to Non O Visa Conversion Bank Issues
The bank in Ranong should be able to produce the letter and statement you need for the conversion/extension. However, as there are some things they will not be able to do - new passbook, new ATM card, etc., it would be worthwhile trying to open an account with them. It costs nothing to do it and if they will without too much foolishness it's better all round. If they insist on you needing a non-O visa to open then go ahead and get the documents first then you can go back once you have the visa and open an account.

Seat Plan.
To see the current seat allocations on an upcoming flight I always use "Expert Flyer". Free of charge it has some limitations but it's good enough to see how busy the flight is and if you have a free seat next to you, etc.

TM30 Excel?
No need to buy Excel. Just use Google Sheets and download as .xlsx when finished.

Non-O Retirement from Vientiane
Have a read here, suggests a multi entry is not possible at all, presumably that is what you are after - but perhaps somebody has some recent direct experience.

Australians no tourist visa
Nothing has changed but of course they can enter exempt and extend.

The Pad Thai Index
Bangkok, 50 baht. Very basic, can customise (add stuff) but still very cheap and good enough après pub.

Line Application - Can you print a "RICH TEXT" from Line or only export text.
When I have wanted a record of a conversation I have sometimes used a screenshot but that is rather limited in how much can be copied per image, You can export to a .txt file then convert that to whatever you want, I guess it depend on who is concerned about if or not the file has been altered. I have Line on my PC but don't see any additional options.

Dried Thai herbs back to UK
I think it's not a problem, especially if the packaging identifies what they are. I think they would qualify as "processed and packaged plant products, such as packaged salads and frozen plant material" My wife certainly has carried many things in without any alarms being sounded, albeit without baggage ever being searched. The chances this may work? (Opening a thai bank account as a tourist)

If you get an extension in a passport expiring within 12 months the extension date will match the passport expiry date. If you then subsequently obtain a new passport and take both into immigration they will indeed transfer the stamps, but the expiry date will remain the same, they are not going to make up the time missing from the original extension.- O.A Visa on return
No. Doing it that way you will first have to apply to convert to a non-O and then later apply for the extension.- O.A Visa on return
You don't want a non-OA and can't get one in Thailand even if you did. You will have no problem returning after a few months. A single non-O is easy to get in the UK, then you'll have a couple of months to get your paperwork straight ready for extension. Or enter exempt or tourist and convert - but the ease of an online application in the UK versus an additional trip to immigration ought to be the decider.- Non-imm O visa, through Marriage, 1 yr multiple entry.
You must leave the country, no need to stay out long (hours) but it cannot be done at immigration.- O.A Visa on return
O-A? That has to be applied for in the UK and is probably the least preferred option (needs police report/medical report/insurance). Perhaps you mean you intend to get a non-O and then an annual extension in Thailand? Or you can enter visa exempt/tourist and then convert to non-O and then extend. Do you already have the 800k in a Thai bank? I applied for a non-O in the UK the same day I returned from an extended tourist visa, non-O granted within 5 days.- Travel insurance
But you'd have to pretend to live in the UK..... "Anyone insured on this policy must live in the United Kingdom (UK) and be under 76 years old at the time you begin each holiday."- How to have my UK letter post processed to me while I live in Thailand.

The basic account for day to day use is a "Savings Account". This offers very low interest but deposits and withdrawals can be made without limitation. Alongside this account you can open a "Fixed Deposit Account" which offers a higher interest rate based on keeping the principal amount in place for the agreed period. Withdrawals can be made but interest will then be reduced to the very low Savings Account rate. The 800k you move in should go into whichever account you are going to show at immigration in order that it is clearly seen as a foreign transaction. They main thing for immigration is that the funds are immediately available to you. To open an account you should be OK with your non-O visa. I was also recently asked for a copy of my apartment rental contract in order to open a new account. Your experience will vary depending on many things; bank, branch, staff member, phase of moon, etc. The main banks websites are pretty clear and give all the information needed about their products.- Dealing with forgetfulness....
Only works with your own banks ATM's, which is specifically not what the OP asked about.- Border bounce via air after using SETV
I had a very similar travel pattern in the last year or so, albeit my bounce was 5 days in Laos by land, but nevertheless no issues or questions and no problems with my next visa application.- Car parking. The Shoppes at Belle Grand Rama 9 ,Huay Kwang, Bangkok 10310
- Re-Entry Permit Warning
Can't imagine why she would appear like that.- London Expenses
With trips, food and accommodation covered that really only needs optional shopping for herself and gifts. £30-50/day would be more than adequate. More importantly for a 16 year old will be to make sure she has a roaming data package on her phone! - Is it possible to bring forward retirement renewal
