I recently opened an account at Kasikorn (Bangkok, Sukhumvit) with a non-O e-visa so it is certainly possible. Or failing that, as mentioned, use an agent
As above no. It is the same non-O that you would get at immigration before you extend. Getting it at home saves you the trip to immigration, you'll only need 1 trip for the extension at the end of the 90 days entry you'll get.
Yes, so you will need a new single non-O to restart the extension process. My suggestion is to get it in your country before leaving, that's precisely what I did recently, non-O single e-visa was granted in 4 days.
Yes, or maybe better get the non-O before leaving. Easy to do online (in most countries) and saves the onward ticket nonsense as well as one trip to immigration. And I'm sure you already know to have THB 800k in the bank.
At some point in the scan/pay process you will have the choice to change the account to be debited. In the case of KBank for example it is immediately after the scan. Have you checked what the default account is?
I will indeed persist. This time it is slightly different in that when opening the app now there is a message saying they have received the application...never saw that before....progress!
Encouraged by your reply I've applied again, I actually did the same as suggested the previous 3 times. Would be nice even if they reject the application if they could be bothered to send the SMS, perhaps even saying what is wrong.
Any sign of wax? Drip olive oil in the affected ear for a few days then try and find a competent medic who can syringe it out. I had similar 2 years ago and after treatment it was like being reborn.
How could anybody have "actual evidence" of something that almost certainly won't happen. I'd put good money on no insurance being needed, except of course gambling is prohibited.
Google wallet, or the iPhone version. Either will work and you can use a non-Thai debit card assuming you have one. Should mention it's a contactless "Tap" payment rather than the more common "S-can". And not all 7-11's will be so familiar with tap payments.
60 days? She'll get 30 visa exempt (which can be extended 30) or otherwise 60 (which also can) if she goes and gets a tourist visa. You'll both need documents from your Embassies (or both the UK if she's abandoning PI) for marriage but I'm guessing you must know all that already.
