  1. Again, this can be done online, many services on offer for about £79.00 and are country specific, including Thailand, so appear to know what's needed. Here's one.....https://www.zoomdoc.com/product/visa-medical-health-certificate-of-good-health?attribute_where-are-you-traveling-to=Thailand
  2. Appears to be easy enough.....https://www.acro.police.uk/s/acro-services/police-certificates
  3. You don't need one. I have rented from Avis in the UK, including at LHR, with my Thai license only. If you still want to try and get a IDP I believe you have to go to the Chonburi DLT, not Regent School.
  4. OK, remember it's a visa exempt entry, NOT a visa on arrival. This thread may assist with the Ranong question;
  5. A single entry non-O has a validity of 3 months and gives a single 90 day entry. Do you actually mean you have a 1 year retirement extension of stay without a re-entry permit? In which case yes, you should be able to do what you want - it's likely you mean a visa exempt entry I am guessing - depends on your country, but it costs nothing, you may possibly (but not likely) need to show your exit flight when entering.

  7. Carry on, how old do you want to be? 100% for sure if you go looking for problems you will find them.
  8. The advice was in reference to the OP's girlfriend having received this wisdom from my own in the rice fields of Kalasin many moons ago. I did go along with it but not because I believed it.
  9. Yep, take your watch off, don't play phone......same in Bangkok right now, refreshing much!
  10. There's an example in this thread, but you'll likely need to go to the bank for it - might be worthwhile calling the bank helpline in advance to make sure it can be obtained on the spot, or that they can ensure it is produced ready for you to go pick up.
  11. My transfers to k bank also show as local, but when I get a statement they are international. You'll need to get a statement I'm sure, not just your bank book.
  12. Presumably something that he and his previously noisy family are now keen to keep quiet about.
  13. Just wondering, why wouldn't this person just renew the UK passport now? Takes little time and then any issue is avoided.
  14. But I read on here all the time, "use an agent".
  15. It has been reported here several times that if using the priority/fast track immigration lines that you inform the officer you need a REP and you will be directed/escorted to get it.
  16. 1). Yes. 2). Not always but how to predict? I did 2 tourist extensions not long ago, 1 for me, 1 for my gf. I was not asked for a TM30. She was. 3). I did these as "e-extensions" via VFS. If it's worth it or not is up to you. https://thaiextension.vfsevisa.com/
  17. Nope, that's 5, not included in the OP; 5) Evidence of relationship 5.1 Copy of Birth certificate and household registration of Thai children
  18. It ought to be easy to change one of her numbers to an e-sim then no need to sell the phone.
  19. Maybe it's the one acknowledging overstay issues. I recently did an extension and there were 3 "statement" documents given to me to fill in. The document check people will provide it.
