Should be close to - Copies of passport photo page and entry stamp, make sure they are double page copies. TM7 application form inc. 4 x 6cm photo. Copy of TM30. No flight details needed. THB1900. Some other random documents they'll give you to complete whilst you are there.
As should be clear reading this thread, the embassy letter will confirm your INCOME in case you want to go that route, 65k per month for retirement. The embassy will NOT issue a letter stating you maintain a balance of 800k in a foreign country.
Well actually you do know, you need to get the Bangkok Bank app working. Error code RA02 is something to do with incomplete ID information - your best bet is to drop into your branch and have them sort it out.
I got one recently (Bangkok), and the reason is clearly stated. Having said that I got a new bank account earlier in the year and the bank didn't ask for a COR, just a copy of my apartment lease.
They are not directing anybody to do anything. If none of the remaining reasons for transfer applies then there is "other". If that gets the receiver the wished for tagging as a foreign transfer is a totally separate issue.
Yes, mine too. The TRN is under CODE in the passbook, I had not really paid attention to the TELLER NO. entry, I wonder why it's not listed in the back of the book.
I transfer from my Wise account each month to Kasikorn. Irrespective of the reason given for the transfer it arrives in seconds from a Wise local Kasikorn account. The bankbook will get "TRN" marked when it's updated. However a statement, either downloaded myself of issued by a branch will show the transfers as either "Trade Finance Deposit" on an English statement or on a Thai statement "ธุรกรรมต่างประเทศ" = "Foreign Transactions".
Not every office ever asked for the "3 months later" evidence. I don't think it was ever a genuine requirement only something some offices decided would be good to irritate people.
