  1. I have seen these pressure tanks in hardware shops but really don't know much about them. Our 2 br 2 bath house/garden runs perfectly fine with a standard Mitsubishi 225 W pump.Simple and effective.
  2. I learned something today, retired HSE..off/on shore. After we lived in our house for over 12 years the water pump failed and the solution was to replace it. The fellow with the high pressure can try the adjustments on the video.Very good info.
  3. I think the pressure the pump produces is pre set at the factory. I can't say if there is an adjustment on these.Maybe some subs here will know. I don't believe it's related to the flow..325 vs 150 (volume) liters per minute or?
  4. Industry normally uses two types of valves.Gate valves to shut off flow and globe valves to regulate flow. keith101...says to try this 1st. "Close the outlet valve down on the tank (outlet) to reduce the flow until the pressure you want is achieved" I tend to agree. A regulating valve should be the globe variety but I doubt many pepes will know what you are talking about.
  5. My Canuck buck and others have done the same.I think the operative word here is "manipulation" but of course I could be wrong.
  6. Correct BB. The issue of the shares means nothing.Pre set up from the beginning. Some MP's (2) are practically billionaires in a country where the minimum wage is 300 baht/day?
  7. I predicted this right from the start. Not because of any insider info but from having an idea about how this old system works after many years. The old guard isn't going anywhere without a fight and when they're good and ready.Hello watchman...?
  8. I wish I had faith that my gov't would respond so quickly. Most likely farmed out to the lowest bidder. It would probably take ages and a guy could find his visa expired before it came back.
  9. Oh oh..I've had a couple HD's here over the years, I hope they don't find out. BTW does anyone know of a place where I can get a "Mother" tattoo removed?
  10. When's the last time I've heard of a phone book? It was in a joke told to me about a chubby lady. "She's got more chins than the Hong Kong phone book.
  11. We've all probably used them over the years.I can assure everyone that when nearing the end of the ride I'm not looking at my phone.I'm laser focused on whats going on with my feet. sheesh
  12. 5555 Notice to all Hua Hin shoppers: Hua Hin Night Market closing soon.
  13. I have 2 ex's "now most nights I just sit at home watching porno flicks and eating Cheetos." 2 2
  14. lol..yes he's singing loud and clear. He was obviously forced to bash the old realtor sensless...and then....
  15. I told my dad I only wanted to do it untill I had to wear glasses.
  16. I'm in the same boat.A friend told me about Lazada a few years ago.I used to look for household items at Big C, Lotus etc the big box stores wasting time. Mostly the staff were useless for assistance or would pressure for a sale. I now use Lazada/Shopee for all that stuff. I find it's not necessary to travel to these places anymore. It pays to compare though. That being said I find the shipping fees are creeping up probably the same as everywhere else.
  17. FYI..I used Wise for the 1st time last month to have my pensions from abroad sent to my Kbank account.Cheaper by 80% than using my own bank. Easy to use and the transfer was completed in minutes as opposed to days. I'll be using them for here on in.
  18. T.T. Currency Exchange On 2nd Rd near the South Pattaya intersection.I used them a few months ago to buy USD but mostly 100,s. They were all very new looking.I can't think of where to get a large amount of small denominations. Maybe in PP? I recently spent a couple weeks there and it seemed like they were using the local Riels more and more.I believe they're phasing out the smaller USD...
  19. I'm guessing because we all look alike to them.
  20. Agreeing. What I was trying to say was the gold price from shop to shop hardly varies. Just like you indicated.I tend to only use shops I'm I'm familiar with and have done business with before.Someone buying should know the price before shopping around.Thats all.
  21. There are a couple on Pattaya Central Rd not far from the 2nd Rd intersection. I've bought and sold from them a few times over the years. Left side facing Sukhumvit. They are well established. "I think you'll find that they all sing off the same hymn sheet, ie: the price for gold is the same in all shops"
  22. The clue was in his arrest pics.He was hiding in what appeared to be the "Outlaws" clubhouse. In a closet..
  23. I wonder what he'll look like in 8 years?
  24. Sad story for sure. She may have been under interrogation cops seeking her supplier.Oh it's tea time...we've opened the window so you can get some fresh air while you think about it. I'm sure she wasn't being suspended by her ankles looking at the street below. Years ago a story in the Bkk Post about a lad leaping out an open window while being questioned about some crime. Happens in these countries sometimes.
