  1. What are putting for address? Did you try to auto fill the form. It gets all the info you entered before by clicking the magnifying glass after completing your passport number and selecting your nationality. Try submitting another report. It often gets approved doing it again.
  2. He deleted the post you quoted and it is now gone. You have a extension of your stay in the country based upon marriage. Only the permit to stay from a visa can be extended which in your case was a 90 day stay from a non-o visa.
  3. They way off base for denying it. You could try in Phuket. You would have to stay in hotel for at least one night for them to do TM30 report ask them for a screenshot to online report they will do to show immigration. You would use the hotel address for the application.
  4. You apparently have a extension of stay based upon marriage that is not tied to you having a work permit. Only if you had a extension of stay based upon working it would end on the day you stop working.
  5. I don't recall the TM6 number being required when I registered and it is not asked for on the application page here. https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/register/add
  6. The TM6 number is not required on the new site. I have not tried doing one without it on the mobile app yet. Stopped using it since the new site is easier to use.
  7. 1. Yes 2. You can apply for it up to 60 days before the date of entry. But with things changing all the time I would not do it more than 2 weeks early. It only takes about 48 hours to get it. 3. Insurance from Europe would be accepted. But you may find it is cheaper to get Thal insurance. You will only need 30 days of it and it is only 650 baht here. https://tqm-app.com/static/thailandpass/index.html 4. You could request a international vaccination certificate on the Mor Prom app. You can select a digital one and is sent to you by email.
  8. It should not be a reason unless the officer doing it was not aware of it not being required,
  9. This one. It means the day your extension ends. Not a required field though.
  10. It was moved back to CW when MTT was closed in April.
  11. He cannot travel without a passport. Best to get a UK passport and a Thai passport for him. He will need to use the Thai passport to leave the country and then he can enter the UK with his UK passport.
  12. You make a appointment to do your 90 day report at Chaeng Wattana. https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/ImmigrationOfficeGovernmentComplexChaengWattanaRd@imm1division.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
  13. A visa on arrival only allows a 15 day stay after applying for it and paying a 2000 baht fee for it. Also there is no extension that can be applied for. A visa exempt entry allows a 30 day stay that can be extended for 30 days. I often wonder how many people that don't qualify for one line up for a visa on arrival because they think a visa on arrival was a visa exempt entry.
  14. As of today a Thailand Pass and $10,000 of covid 19 insurance would be needed. It is the same at all border crossings,
  15. I think I would apply for a new passport in October to allow plenty of time to get the new one. I have applied for new passport 11 months early to avoid losing a little over a month on my extension when a I apply for it in August. After doing 13 extensions that were all dated in August it would be big change to me.
  16. If your passport has less than 12 months of validity immigration will only issued your extension to the day your passport expires. Then when you get a new passport you will have to apply new extension by the new day it expires. Prior to August of 2013 they would do the extension for a full year if your passport had less than 12 months.
  17. I don't think you will have a problem entering at Nong Khai. Spending a few days in Vientiane might look better. Or you could apply for single entry tourist visa at the embassy in Vientiane. It is apply one day and pick up the visa the next day. You have to register and make an appointment here. https://thaivisavientiane.com/#
  18. You will get a 30 day visa exempt entry. But they are limited to 2 per calendar year.
  19. You will get a 30 day entry. But they are limited to 2 per calendar year.
  20. Embassies and official consulates do not ask for much more than what you submitted. it seems you submitted the required the require copies of the required documents when you submitted the application. I think you would of known by now if there was a problem with your application.
  21. The only law is the immigration act of 1979. Everything is set by immigration orders, regulations and procedures. I am sure there is regulation or procedure that states proof of residence is required. I would say the majority of immigration offices require proof of residence for long stay extensions.
