  1. Yes it is correct. The rules state one 60 day extension per entry to the country. It is not related to what type of visa you have or when it expires.
  2. That is original rule that have been clarified and refined by more than one ministerial order or a immigration order since 1979 when the immigration act was done,
  3. Enter your passport number, select your nationality and then click the magnifying glass in the blue rectangle to autocomplete you application.
  4. That would not change your registered address. No need for another TM30 report.
  5. I don't recall them doing a Lao visa on arrival before. It is priarmily for Thais and Laotians. I not not aware of any crossing that did them before not doing them now.
  6. That is not the same extension that is shown in clause 2.5 of immigration order 327/2557 for extensions of stay that can be applied for at any immigration office. 2.5 In the case of investment: Each permission shall be granted for no more than one year. B. Investment of no less than Baht 10 million:
  7. You get one at the majority of border crossing to Laos. The Lao e visa can only be done at certain crossings.
  8. No If you are the legal father of your children by way of marriage to their mother or by legitimizing parenthood you could apply for a one year extension of stay. You would need 400k baht in a Thai bank or proof of a income of 40k baht.
  9. Are you look at this one on the MFA website. 2.3 Non-Immigrant Visa Category “IB” (Investment and Business Visa) is issued to foreign citizens employed to work on investment projects which are under the auspices of the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI). Such projects must be involved in or bring benefit to Thailand in the following ways: That is not the same non-b needed for a investment extension at immigration under the police order for extensions of stay that still requires a 10 million baht investment.
  10. No need for a new TM30 report for a temporary stay in another Province. That is not likely to happen,
  11. If on a extension of stay only entering the country with a new visa requires a new TM30 or if you change your permanent address. Travel within the country does not require you do to one.
  12. You will need proof of 12 months of transfers from abroad into a Thai bank account. Immigration will want bank one year bank statement to proof it and copies of your bank book showing them. They may also want proof of the source of your income such as the annual statement you get from the SSA.
  13. They are doing 90 day reports a CW. You have until December 9th to do the report. Immigration will be closed on the 5th for a holiday.
  14. The first report you ever did. A extension application does not change it.
  15. There are no restrictions for covid 19 when entering Thailand now. They will get a visa exempt entry that allows 45 day stay when the yenter the country that can be extended for 30 days.
  16. I am sure the embassy will still do the big visa sticker. The e visa is only a email with no sticker. As far as I know you just show it and they stamp into Cambodia with a annotation that it was e visa.
  17. Here is the form in a PDF file: SSA-7162 report.pdf
  18. You can apply for a visa on arrival at a border crossing. No need to go to the embassy. The e visa can only be used at certain border crossings. See: https://www.evisa.gov.kh/
  19. I have not seen any post about that specific part of the immigration order. You would not be denied by a insurance company unless you have some preexisting conditions that they would not insure.
  20. A 30 day (normally 15 days) visa on arrival cannot be extended. I assume you are actually on a 45 day visa exempt entry. Immigration may want a TM30 report from where you are staying to the application. Where are you staying now?
  21. It is open. You cannot use a e visa there.
  22. Hanoi does not use the e visa site. You will need to do it in person.
  23. I am sure it is only for those staying in a private residence.
