  1. My date calculator says that the report was due on November 22nd. What date does the receipt for the report done in August have on it?
  2. You could of submitted the online report again. Maybe you were to early doing it.
  3. You will apply using the e visa website. https://thaievisa.go.th/ The application will be processed by the embassy in Ottawa or Vancouver. General info can be found here. https://ottawa.thaiembassy.org/en/page/general-visa-information?menu=5f2cc201ccedea0dad0463bc
  4. No problem to what you are planning to do. You will get a 45 day day entry from each entry unless you do one after March 31st when it will be 30 days again.
  5. She could register to do the report for that one property. See: https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/ Or submit a TM30 report to immigration.
  6. No need to do the report since you will be within the 7 days after allowed to do it. Immigration at airports do not check for 90 day reports. It is not within their responsibility to do it.
  7. Not at this time. In the past there were a couple of land border crossings where it could be used. The e visa website states it can only be used at 2 airports. See: https://evisa.moip.gov.mm/home/portofentry
  8. See: Guidelines for Airport Passengers on the customs website. http://www.customs.go.th/list_strc_simple_neted.php?ini_content=individual_160503_03_160905_01&lang=en&top_menu=menu_homepage&left_menu=menu_individual_submenu_01_160421_01
  9. You are under different rules than tourists are for TM30 reporting since you are on a extension of stay.
  10. That was the TM6 form you completed. They are not being given out at this time. A TM30 form is used to report the arrival of a person at a residence. Hotels do them online.
  11. When does your current extension expire? That should not be a problem. Only back to back visa exempt entries can be a problem.
  12. All of mine to the office here have been approved on the same day (Monday to Friday submittal) I did it. I did my last 2 early morning and they were approved in a little over an hour.
  13. I have seen no recent reports of them issuing a non-o visa for retirement I suggest you contact the consulate in Penang about the non-o visa. It seems their website is incomplete since all those shown on the list takes you to the main page of the website when you click the link. For the embassy in Kuala Lumpur it appears they may be only issuing them for citizens or residents Myanmar. I suggest you contact them as well.
  14. At the US embassy in Manila. https://ph.usembassy.gov/services/social-security Yes
  15. It is real confirmed flight and it is valid for around 24 hours from the date you put for your date of departure.
  16. The airline may ask to see ticket out within 45 days (or maybe 30 days if their info is not up to date). You could get a temporary onward ticket online for around $14.
  17. Normally not a problem. The flight number and etc would not be shown on the visa when it is issued. Only if the embassy or consulate when processing the visa application checked to see if you flights mentioned were valid would it be a problem.
  18. Have you applied for one at another office before? The primary requirements would be the same. Proof of being the legal father of your child would be the biggests requirement..
  19. Wrong forum. Moved to the Mobile Devices & Apps forum.
  20. Not directly related to visas or extensions. Moved to the Thailand Travel Forum.
  21. Most tourists would be staying in hotels that are required to do the TM30 reports. Guests of hotels don't normally get a copy of the report receipt from a hotel. If staying in a private residence nobody would be asking for it unless they go to immigration to apply for a extension of stay at immigration it would be needed at most offices now.;
  22. A few people have reported the were able to do it. When approved they send a email with e visa attached to it. The you need to print it out to show immigration when you arrive and to the airline when boarding your flight.
  23. She can get a single entry to non-o visa to visit you. But due to here age being over 20 she cannot get a one year extension to stay with you as a member of your family.
