Why so complicated and such a long time. Your only point of contact is with Lazada. If the item you received was not what was ordered or displayed on the web page then you open the lazada website, fill in the request for refund with photos and explanation, they approve, you print out the return label and deliver to cornier to return to Lazada. No email is required, everything done on the Lazada website though your account. Lazada refund into your wallet. Usually action taken immediately after the package was opened and refund by Lazada in a few days.

Could be crown/cap on the tooth to repair a broken or bad tooth when the root of the tooth may be ok.

Depends on the condition of your other teeth. Dentist should be able to evaluate and advise the best option, maybe even the checkup is free or min charge. Example some prices for different options This Dental Site Basically options available: Bridges (not as costly as implants but they ruin good teeth on either side of the bridge to prepare to support the bridges) Dentures (cheapest but in 3 different places that would be a lifestyle challenge) Implants (maybe also some grafting required for bone loss, costly) Full mouth extraction and dentures Full mouth extraction and implant and dentures on posts, costly) Some websites list prices but whatever price is quoted it will come with a proviso "from" ie the price will be always more than what was quoted so one should allow for more than that.

capital gains tax
userabcd replied to mohinga's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Capital gains are evaluated on the purchase price of the asset and the selling price, not when you become resident. The tax is calculated on ones marginal tax bracket. You need read what it says about the DTA between your home country, the country where the gains are made and who has taxing rights on the gain. Depends if you remit the gains to Thailand or they are kept offshore. For crypto a little complicated. Always need to keep detailed records of purchases and sales if anyone ever asks for them. -
He finished a tough race in a good position and time relative to the competition. The triathlete is Thai and finished first in his Nationality so of course it is a good achievement and is news. Well done to him.

In the first photo the blue building seems to be normal alongside the adjacent row of buildings. In the 2nd photo the building looks to be leaning forward. It could be an optical illusion or the way the photos are taken. Anyway these building have been standing for at least 50 years and everyone knows the ground is moving in Bangkok as it is completely built on a soft marine clay about 20m thick and most piled foundations go down about 30m and even deeper.

Depends on what the electric pole supports and the tension direction of the cables. Quite normal to have a diagonal support (diagonal tension cables or resistance diagonal pole) if the additional support warrants it to keep the cable post from falling over.

Still do not understand why the German in a work setting is discussing a colleagues nose size whether jokingly or not. The guy needs a written warning to be entered into his personal file. If the guy is still on probation and is not critical to the company job then it is time to part ways, nobody in a company is indispensable.

Depends on your size (up to size 12US is quite easy to find) Sketchers ECCO GEOX Birkenstock Clarks I just bought a pair of ECCO (fit length and wide feet) size 45EU and they are very comfortable for walking.

South African woman gets life sentence reduced in Thailand
userabcd replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Well lucky for everyone you are not involved in the sentencing of anyone as your personal bias is showing. Courts and judges should be impartial and follow sentencing guidelines laid down in the law taking into consideration all the factors. Do not condone any drug dealing but a 33 year sentence for a drug offence seems rather extreme. Do not forget those using these drugs are seeking them out, most of them are not innocent victims as they would like to have everyone believe. -

Burger King in Thonglor also refuses cash, my wife had to find another branch to pay cash for a burger. I've had some coffee shops near Ekkamai also refusing to take cash and so have to find alternative ones that accept cash.
